They also did the project very quickly, and were great in terms of the cleanup and day-of work. As an anecdote to their commitment to the customer, they were very adamant about making sure that we had moved our cars from the garage. They gave me a head's up the day they dropped off materials, and made sure when they dropped off the dumpster a day later over the weekend, that we had access to our vehicles. That was 2023/ 2. Not one worker spoke fluent english in 2023 or 2026 (the return visit beginning June) that I could explain to them what the problem. However, they went into my attic and took the same pics I did: boards shattered and splintered everywhere. I said it's bad and they at least understood enough to agree. 3. The agreement Colin Falk(sales consultant) showed me and why I went with lifetime was for a lifetime warranty on the roof(capped at 50 years - which is basically a lifetime) - this was when I had the roof put on. Brian Diehl the production manager says we don't have any warranties. He said he would call me back and see what he could do and would return my call that day (6/29/2026) - no return call still til now I have called and emailed several times - no response - they ghost you and other customers have told me that, because I know a couple in my area. He is the production supervisor. The repair manager Hannah is just as bad, but worse because she doesn't even know roofing - also, does not get back to you. 4. Not one roofer is American, I have had 2 1/2 crews here in 2023 and in 2026 to assess. The problem with that is communication.

I would only accept highly rated companies with good reviews and an A+ BBB rating which came down to ~4 companies. I had planned on getting a few estimates and going from there. I honestly don't know why I chose to call CWS first, but I did, my call was taken by a wonderful lady whose name I cannot recall but she scheduled me immediately with Jeff. Well, I'll tell you, Jeff was excellent, he gave me honest assessments and helped me figure out what I needed, not what he could sell me. I had several requirements which he listed to and gave me honest, educated advice for all of them. Several weeks later my materials had been delivered, and we set up the date. The crew arrived on time and went straight to work after a brief conversation; I believe the crew chief was Daniel. The crew did an excellent job and listened to all my concerns, I had zero issues with them, they were great and did excellent work. In closing I will say, for the siding work I had done, and I've had siding done twice before, these guys were the best by a mile. All I can say in closing is, make sure you keep these people around, they make your business look really good.
