The staff was friendly and helpful but they only had 5 tables so I don't know what it would be like if they were operating at full capacity. We had to do the wings 5 medium and 5 honey BBQ which were awesome - they have so smoking process that is unique - I just know the wings were awesome. Rather than removing food we did not eat from the bill, the manager offered a gift card for a future visit. We declined because we did not intend to return, yet we were still charged full price for both items. After a 1.5+ hour wait caused by a lost ticket, followed by food that was barely touched and immediately sent back because of the quality, charging full price was disappointing. The appropriate response is simply to make it right for the customer. We paid and still tipped but given their handling of the situation felt compelled to leave the review. Sad to say won't return after being long time customers.
