The last time I was there, I waited while the two employees finished talking to each other about personal things before even calling me up to the register to ring me up. It was a bit rude and she didn't even thank me or even attempt to make small talk. It is also small, cramped and has no planner section, forcing me to not be able to grab any of the Joanne's only items. I wanted to find out if they had a community room a week ago, so I called a few times, never once anyone answering the phone. Order online if you need to make a Joanne's purchase and stay away from the Venice store.
