Subsequently, he behaved in an extremely unprofessional manner: I requested an itemized invoice but never received one; every time we agreed on a start date, he failed to show up at the site; on one occasion, he finally did arrive and began the task, but he completed only 10% of the total scope of work and then stopped. Since then, I have repeatedly asked Jordan to complete the project; however, as of today, no action has been taken on his part. I would not recommend Winsome Landscaping.

I received a text a short time later saying he didn't have time in his schedule? How could he not have any time when we didn't agree to any timeline? Written quotes with the expectations on a job are to protect both the home owner and contractor. Companies that won't give a written quote, in my opinion are shady and the customer won't have any recourse if the job is not done correctly.

We're renters, so we just need the basics done well. We also have dogs on the property, so it's important that we know when someone is showing up at our house and important that they lock the gate behind them. This was also a constant request that was overlooked by previous companies. Jonathan is quick, efficient, and he shoots us a text when he's on his way over, which is fantastic, because it gives us time to get our dogs in the house. The lawn is mowed, edges are tight, and he cleans up everything when he's done. Great communication as well, which just helps everything go much more smoothly. It's nice to finally have someone who cares about meeting our needs. He's easy to talk to, and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for lawn care services. They were responsive and punctual. Michael showed up on time to give an estimate and provided a quote with 3 days. I was stood up and did not receive so much as a phone call from 2 other companies. 2. Prompt and professional customer service. Whenever I sent an email, my questions were promptly answered. 3. Their bid was fair and reasonable. I received in total 3 bids and the one that was like for like as far as material, installation, and time, was significantly incomplete compared to Michael's, so I went with K2. 4. The work was done and completed to my satisfaction, in spite of winter weather challenges, and I appreciate that more than anything. We sought a new fence to keep our pup safe but not detract from the neighborhood beauty. We decided to go with a pressure treated posts hog wire fence. I have a high standard when it comes to completed work. I want it to look good and be aesthetically pleasing top to bottom. That was accomplished with K2. There are no gaps along the bottom of the fence, it's uniform, gates are well constructed, and concrete posts are covered. I appreciate the work they did and more importantly I love my fence.

Stopped by their shop to see if they could put up a patio cover on my house now. Justin helped me, very courteous and came out the next day to get measurements and gave me a quote that day. Even being busy they came out in a fair amount of time and put it up.
