When crown Royal peach dropped they were charging 56.99 while it only cost 28 bucks everywhere else. When called out on it they said it was limited edition but it's not. It's seasonal item and seasonal items aren't special they come around every year. I went back in the next day and they had changed the price to normal once called out on it. They'll rip u off if ur not smart. The only reason this place remains open because it is a monopoly and the only store in the city . The locals have nowhere else to go. I recommend people go to Buchanan liquor a few miles down the road. The staff is much more pilot . The workers at Cedartown are rude and they make u feel rushed.

This shop is very convenient for me. It is near my house, in a shopping center that is easy to get in to and out of. Plenty of parking. There are a few good restaurants next door and a nice Publix grocery store. The staff is always cheerful and friendly. They are knowledgeable about liquor and share tips and recommendations.

But you will find some true treasures inside and at better prices than the Depot (which is a fine store itself). I made two visits and bought about 10 bottles of bourbon in total (some for friends, don't judge!). The prices were as good as I had seen anywhere. I really wish I would have pulled the trigger on the $203 bottle of Macallan 18 which goes for $275 in North Carolina's oppressive state liquor store system. The employees, especially an Asian man and woman, were very pleasant and helpful. I don't live in Rome, alas, but this will be one of my first stops next time I am in town.
