The crown placed fell off in two days, root canal was not offered and it should had done, when asked to see the X-ray was told i didn't need to see it. They have amazing customer service and the facility is always clean and up to date. All of the staff is very welcoming and extremely knowledgeable on procedures. When I inquired about Invisalign, the front desk and office manager were quick to provide me with any information I needed and they answered any and all of my questions! Dr. Astrid is beyond. She cares so much about her patients and always has a smile on her face! She will guide you through anything she's doing and is quick to answer any questions that will help soothe your anxiety. Perhaps this could be a place that services individuals who would like to pay extra for the aesthetic and a "pleasant" staff, but don't let them scam you or your insurance. I'm very disappointed with how they try to upsell services , and over charge you and your insurance even if they are in your insurance network. For those of you who don't know, usually in-network providers are only allowed to charge you an amount which aligns with the policy and all in network providers should be charging the same. If they didn't try to charge me 4x more than the allowed amount per procedure for an in-network provider, $600 for 3 fillings post-insurance, and hold my x-rays hostage until my "claim was filed" only to later release them if I said I would pay until the insurance reimbursed me then go say " it's ok I don't have to pay," maybe I wouldn't have gotten suspicious and they could have gotten away with me paying more and kept my business. They in no way had a convincing story or reason for why the quotes were so high after insurance so I had to spend days learning about how insurance works and investigating only to come to find that they also charged me 4x more than the allowed amount for my X-rays. If they are in your in your network and you are thinking about going with them or had a procedure done with them in the past (OR ANY DENTIST YOUR SUSPICIOUS ABOUT) I HIGHLY recommend calling your insurance to learn what the max allowed amount is for a service code and filing a claim if you happened to already over pay. If this office wants to charge their own rates then that's definitely fine, but don't say you are "in-network" to gain new clients but not follow the policy and over charge the co-pay Thankfully I have found a new dentist who is in my network, follows the policy and was appalled by the rates they gave me and told me that it falls under "Florida Recommended Guidelines" but it shouldn't have been the rate for in-network. My insurance advocate said that these scams happen pretty often so checking that the fees align with the in-network policy is an important part of doing your due diligence with new providers. The staff are extremely friendly and professional, and the office is very clean and modern. The shopping center can be packed but there is convenient rooftop parking. I came to their office as an emergency appointment because my fixed retainer broke on the bottom and the loose wire was driving me crazy! The staff was able to squeeze me in to see Dr. Diana and she took the time to explain the process to me and what the next steps would be. She was very sweet and went above and beyond when it came down to fitting me with a new retainer when I still had deep cleaning to do (as the cleanings could potentially affect how the retainer would fit on my teeth). The new retainer was done within two days, which was a huge relief as I was concerned about my teeth shifting again. I never waited longer than a few minutes in the waiting room during the multiple visits I had, and the staff was great in getting everything through my insurance. Highly recommend this office to everyone looking for friendly, professional and high quality service!

About 8 years ago I went to a recommended dentist in NY on Park Ave. Fancy place, had a filling that lead to root canal few months later and completely traumatized me. So after that traumatic experience I decided not to get a crown on that tooth. Mind it's the last back tooth that I chew with on the right side. So forward 8 years. Surprised it lasted this long as I chew gum sometimes.... I felt like something cracked but couldn't put my finger on it. Looked in the mirror and saw that back part of that tooth broke off. OMG, no insurance and as more days passed I started to feel pain there. At that point I didn't even know if tooth can be saved but the fear of putting the crown there took over because I have super sensitive gums. I remembered reading a few years ago that there are new type of crowns where they can be made the same day. So I started doing research on Google and found out that the name of it is CERIC crown. So here I am doing research on the price and every where I call it's super expensive. I came across this dental office website offering the crown for $1k and I couldn't believe it. Made an appoint, which they where super flexible. Took X-ray of the tooth before and after. The Dr. heard me loud and clear about my sensitive gums. Let me tell you. Once he was done, it was like my own original tooth was there. It didn't feel off, other then a bit of sensitivity on my gums for one day. I didn't even need time to adjust to it. If you need a crown and an honest dentist, this is your guy. The place is clean and operates very efficiently. And they didn't charge me extra for the X-rays on the tooth as most dentists would. He is honest and very gifted with his work. Thank you so much and I'll be back soon to fix a cavity the the Dr. mentioned. :) He is my new dentist that's for sure.

This is an honest, kind group of professionals who actually care about your well-being--they're not in the business of inventing problems just to pad the bill. Case in point: I have two baby teeth that every other dentist over the last 20 years wanted to yank out and replace with implants (probably because implants are profitable). But those teeth are still sitting firm in my mouth--no issues. Instead of pushing unnecessary procedures, this dentist is helping me keep them healthy for as long as possible.
