You have to sign in on-line, except your ID and password doesn't work, that is out. Tried to make an appointment, it says O.K, when I get the email confirmation it is for an entirely different time and location that I agreed to. They place your old account into the higher revenue generating account, instead of the PNC Simple plan, without your approval, you have to order new checks at your own cost, you have to contact all previous auto pays on your own, etc. etc. etc. Their info. booklet has 5 pages of consumer rights, and 25 pages of PNC rights!! That alone should give you a clue of what is about to come down the pike. Run as fast as you can away from this corporation.

It's been a week and neither the cash payment nor an additional payment I made with a check are reflected in my available balance. I'm now told that it might take up to seven business days. The folks at the branch were friendly and helpful, but completely clueless as to this situation, telling me I should get immediate credit or the next day worst case since I was paying cash Even when making a direct payment online from a PNC checking account to my PNC credit card there is still a several business day wait time to reflect the available balance on the credit card. Not worth it. Ridiculous policy. Zero stars. Not recommended.
