I received a text message recently claiming that AAA had not received my payment and when I called today, 6/23/22, the agent blamed the USPS. I realize that mail delivery is slow, however, it does not take nearly 3 weeks for local mail delivery. This really concerns me since I believe that AAA has dropped the ball and now I have to worry about identity theft and that my credit card information is floating around somewhere. I am considering cancelling my Plus membership since I rarely use it.

Since then, he has provided me with rental and car insurance. I have since recommend friends and family who have all been highly satisfied. The Bazz agency's dedication to their clients is what sets them apart. I'll keep going back. My advice to you? If you're looking for insurance, call the Bazz agency, show them what other quotes you've seen or what you're paying now. They'll be the most reliable source on whether you have a good rate with someone else or if they can do better.

Outrages prices by this issuance, went from $ 1,600 in 2006 to $3,200 in 2020. Needles to say, I switched to Shelter Insurance and now pay agin $ 1,590. I called Scott Bazz personally a few times questioning my coverage and rates and not much advise was given. I am very busy and don't have much time to review the policy every year and haggle over rates, when the bill came for $ 3,200, I had enough with them. They used to call or email and check in with their clients, that has stopped about 5 years ago. I don't think they care anymore . When I called no one even asked "what can we do, why are you canceling". Sadly, I would not use this insurance company again, there are better one out there , hope this review helps !
