Answered all my questions. Explained everything so I could understand and was so kind. I ended up with three cigars. Two for my friend and had to get my brother one for his help. The shop is interesting and I would like to go back one day and really look around for future gifts. The shop is clean and the people friendly. Pieces flaked off when I touched the open end. All this was done in presence of the employee. I told him I didn't want them because they were dry and would not smoke well. He said they came that way and it was normal. I tried explaining why it wasn't normal and requested a refund as he had just run my card. He said because I unwrapped one he would only refund me for the unopened one. He wanted to argue and tell me there was nothing wrong with them and no body else complained. I decided it wasn't worth arguing with an ignorant person as him; obviously not knowing anything about cigars. If you don't mind dry cigars and poor customer service, this place is for you. I couldn't even smoke the cigar I paid for as it was so dry, too dry to recover in my humidor. This place is only interested in vapors.

I went in and the guy working there(owner?) was nice and offered assistance. They have a fairly large walk in humidor which was nice and some sample packs in the area when you first walk in. There was an indoor smoking area but it appeared to be fairly small, which didn't matter to me this time since I was just picking some cigars up to go. I would go back if I was in the area. The humidor was well stocked, lots of different brands and the prices were reasonable on the cigars I looked at.
