This was a good sent as the meds are very costly at about $5000 per shot, and now when at our Florida home this is what I do all the time. I finally had to interrupt her and ask for assistance. There was no greeting, no cheerful smile, just a look of disdain because I had interrupted her. Lousy customer service doesn't even come close. This is my second encounter with her...the first time was at the drive-up service window when she looked at me, turned around and went about her other activities for 7 minutes before finally opening the window and saying "last name...date of birth?".
