That would be an Allsup's burrito. Yes, deep fried goodness. On a recent trip up and down the 281 corridor I stopped at the closest burrito outlet for a quick bite. Having a large breakfast, this was more of a snack stop. I prolly could have handled a few bites of each but settled on a cheese and green chili instead of the more famous beef and bean. Grabbed a Dr. Pepper just in case of heartburn. Crispy fried tortilla exterior; inside a molten concoction of green chili and government cheese. Good bites! Friendly counter staff too. Didn't try the packet of taco sauce so I have some additional research on the next trip.

This gas station gave small Buc ees vibes. I went in to use the restroom and came out twenty minutes later with snacks, random things, and a drink I could not pronounce. They even sell fresh farm milk and local drinks! If every pit stop was like this, I would never make it home on time.

The store is well stocked, especially for a fun little place in a little town. A much needed fon little store. Plenty of snacks, drinks & cold beer on hand! This Allsup's has a snack side and a home goods side. They also have an assorted car supplies wall. They have every Tajin and hot sauce for those that could want or need that. Milk and bread and even Allsup's tortillas. The store has a Quik Trip vibe in being large and well set up! My dad commented that they have nice even floors which is important if you are using a walker. The hot food display was fully stocked for the lunch rush and if I didn't have a date with Granny Clark I would definitely partake! They had hats and gloves and an area of toys which is nice! The staff were friendly and accommodating. Would return. May make this a regular stop! The tiny tacos and classic taco sauce would make it worth the stop! Cheese curds aren't a bad choice either.
