They fall naturally on the floor or my sink when brush. The bonder they use ruins the lashes or maybe the glue isn't strong enough. I don't have this issue with other lash techs. I arrived at approximately 6:20 PM, and the business closes at 7:00 PM. Normally, there's someone at the front desk who greets customers and asks what service they're there for. Today, I walked in and wasn't acknowledged by anyone. There was no greeting, no eye contact, and no one asked if I needed assistance. There were only two other customers receiving services, but every beautician completely ignored me. One employee was even doing her own makeup instead of acknowledging that I had walked in. After standing there for several minutes without anyone speaking to me, I decided to leave. As a returning customer, I expected at least a simple "Hello, we'll be with you shortly." Being completely ignored made me feel unwelcome and unappreciated. Sadly, after this experience, I don't think I'll be coming back.
