7/6/19 event update. My daughters 1st birthday. Oh my goodness, my experience with Ben has been amazing. I booked early and we worked closely on all the details up until the day of the event. My venue required a city license for Cypress and he paid for that expense without any hesitation. He made sure there wouldn't be any problems working our party. He is very attentive to details and always available to answer any questions. I honestly cannot believe I booked this event all via digital communication. I not once met him and everything turned out beautifully smooth. On the day of the event, I had two staff members (sorry, forgot their names) who accommodated the event space I had with the open air photobooth. If anyone came in to observe, they would have been shocked how little space they had. Despite of he restraints of space availability, they were able to make a seamless workaround. They made sure all the little humans and adults were able to take photos with ease (height considerations). They kept a smile on their face the whole time, keep and open line of communication (one hour and 10mins before booth closing notification) so we could well inform the guests. My photo design matched my invites which was perfect. The only caveat I wouldn't recommend for future photobooth customers is a white background. I didn't realize how washed out it was until I saw the printouts. I am in no way blaming Ben and his team for this. I chose it as I figured white is the easiest to work with. It only became a problem for my white hair elders disappearing hairlines etc. In conclusion, my photobooth experience with Ben and his team could not have been any better than the superior service and results that we received. I am very grateful Ben was able to work with our budget, make so many unforgettable memories and still have a 10 star experience. I would highly recommend him to anyone. Thank you again Ben & team. I can't rave enough about this company. Ben was communicative throughout the whole experience. I initially chose Celebooth due to the quality of the photos. A lot of other companies print out blurry hard copies. Other companies also limit you to 2 prints. Not here! Unlimited prints and sessions. I changed my mind on the backdrop and photo film background a million times. Ben was patient with me and provided me with options that geared towards the party theme. There was a vast amount of props! They showed up on time and had everything set. At the end, I received a flash drive with all photo strip photos, single photos, and gifs!There were a lot of moving parts I worried about and had to tend to that day, but Celebooth was not one of them! Booked this company 2 months in advance for a corporate holiday party. The morning of the party, I couldn't understand why they hadn't showed up yet so I had to call and text them only to find out - a half hour before the party was to start, that they weren't coming! Booked this photo booth for my sons birthday this past weekend. Right from the very start the process was so easy. The helped me put together a custom design template for the frame and basically did everything from a-z. They came on time with a friendly staff and everyone at the backdrop set up looked very professional. All the guest enjoyed it very much and thought it was a much better idea that a ballon or face painting artist that people typically get for their kids parties. Hired Celebooth via a special they were running at the end of 2018, I think I found thru Craigslist. After paying the entire fee I saw the Yelp of the no show. I got nervous.... Well, the event was last weekend, my daughter's wedding and it could not have gone better. Celebooth was there early and stayed thru the whole event! They had a ton of props and I saw Ben run to my daughter and hand her the thumb drive of the pictures as she was leaving. The owner communicated with my daughter everything before the event and he tried his best to accommodate all my daughter's requests. This review is long overdue! Ben did my wedding back in September 2018 in Pasadena and did a phenomenal job. He was so accommodating and pleasant to work with since day one! I shopped around for quite a bit to find a photo booth in my budget. I went to bridal shows, looked on Groupon, looked on Craigslist, Yelp, etc. I called all of them to inquire and it was a lot of additional fees for not much. Ben was super flexible with my schedule and didn't charge me for a one hour break between cocktail hour and dinner. I appreciated that so much. He was on time and prompt at responding via email and phone. They include a design for your photos if you want it but I wanted to create my own. He had lots of fun photo props and my guests just had a blast. I thought the scrapbook was worth it and loved that he included unlimited prints and a flash drive with all the photos. We were able to work together to pick out the template design based on the theme of our party which was 90s. I was able to pick out of a handful of curtain or sequin backdrop options, but the best part was the props they brought. They worked around my theme of 90s and it made it so easy on me!
