Reviewing and approving the layout for the photo strip was also a breeze. There was no complaint or backlash when we kept making small requests to change the layout. Smile Big showed up early for the event and had everything set up ahead of schedule. They were also very nice in accommodating the long line at the booth after the designated stop time. The photo booth was solid and the pictures came out quickly. There was a screen on the outside of the box that would rotate through all the photos that have been taken that day which was nice. He explained everything, and answered all the questions I had prior to signing the contract. Michael was professional all around. On the day of my wedding he made sure the bride and groom got a chance to use the photo booth. He had some of our wedding party find us to make sure. I really appreciated that. My guest also raved about how awesome the photo booth was and that there were very cool props! After the wedding, I received the digital files fairly quickly and was able to view the fun my guests had with the photo booth! We sure would use his services again even if it wasn't for a wedding!
