I had given up hope and then I send a new inquiry (as if I wanted to book them) and texted the owner again, and I finally got a response! She sent them over the following day. It wasn't even all of them since I remember taking some with my dad and my husband early on and it wasn't on the digital album. But at least I got most of them. After my wedding, I reached out after the stated time I would be receiving my photo gallery. I was very polite and not pushy, I just wanted an update. I did not receive any response after a couple of tries. I reached out to the owner on instagram via message, again very polite. I then received a response via email with the gallery. I did not have a problem with the delay. But then i realized i was blocked by Desertluna on instagram. All the videos i was tagged in on my wedding day were gone. Pretty SAD! I just feel like there should be a mutual respect between the client and the vendor. I was totally understanding of the delay, but I just wanted communication. I didn't feel like it was necessary to block me on Instagram. If your in the wedding industry, you should understand a wedding is such an important day and have respect for their clients. This is the only vendor I had a bad experience with from my wedding day. read more

UPDATE: Desert Luna (owner Sarah May) reached out on May 15th and said, "We are more than happy to refund a partial credit back to your credit card within 90 business days." I replied after some thought and this still did not seem right. I asked them to reconsider being I paid this in full RIGHT before the pandemic exploded within the US. None of the work was done yet. Partial refund hurts when the money lost is hours and hours of my time spent at work to provide for my family. I got no response to my heart felt email. It's been 2 months (written on May 20th, today is July 19th). Again, disappointed to say the least. read more

My wife Caitlin booked Desert Luna for our wedding 8/16/19. While they were much more expensive than competitors, Caitlin really liked the props and set up so we agreed to spend the extra money and go with Desert Luna. They arrived on time and the guests had a ton of fun using their props. When the night ended, we were very happy. The next day we noticed that they had misspelled our last name in all of the photos. I sent an email to which they replied stating we should have pointed out the mistake the night of so it could have been fixed. They then apologized and stated they will send some complimentary photos. I asked for a phone call to discuss the matter but they never called. read more
