My PCP referred me to Dr. Amy Nance at the NFRMC cancer center. I had no ideal of a treatment plan for breast cancer nor did I know what to except or what I was supposed to do.....but Dr Amy Nance did!!! My first appointment with Dr Nance was very informative and I was very much impressed by her extensive knowledge, which put my physical and emotional state at ease. I had so many questions about my diagnosis and what was going to happen next and she answered all of them; there was no time limit as long as I had questions she was going to stay in the room with me and answer all of them, she wanted me to feel comfortable with the treatment plan, which I was!! Dr. Nance became my PCP for my cancer diagnosis and treatment , she did all the referrals to the other specialists that were going to be a part of my cancer treatment team and those referrals were to the best specialist. Dr Nance is wonderful, she listened and understood my concerns and had solutions for them, which I greatly appreciated. Let me reassure anyone who is going through a diagnosis of cancer, if you want the best oncologist to treat you, I will always recommend Dr. Amy Nance. One of the things I love about this practice is the ability to book online, even as a new patient. That's always a plus these days and for someone like me who likes to do the paperwork ahead of time, that is offered as well so even before getting to my appt I was impressed. When I checked in, they explained my pricing with insurance and what it would be additionally if I were to get X-rays which I appreciated not being blindsided. Dr. Weigle herself came and got me and we quickly went back to the exam room. She took a detailed H&P, did some X-rays, went over them with me, then we got to treatment. I've been to A LOT of chiropractors over the years but I've never met one as nice, thorough, and not trying to get me to do or buy a bunch of things. Needless to say I'm so very glad I decided to go with this practice and I look forward to them help me straighten myself out and relieve some pain. Highly recommend!

I am going to choose another care and treatment facility due to these agents, and their rude behaviors and manners. The way they treat patients is first class to what I can receive in the ghetto. It's sad to report this, but I have been in the ghetto before, I know this type of trait/character and behaviors, and the way individuals speak down to others, and how they treat people as if they are not worthy to be in their presence. This is the very same way the very questionable professional medical personnel treat me. From the lady who takes my vitals before seeing the doctor's assistant all the way to seeing the physician's assistant. There are two of them, Charmagne and Jag. I believe this is how their names are spelled, could be wrong though. These two ladies are so very rude as well. Then the schedulers who are always NOT getting you scheduled for the procedure the doctor ordered, has to be one of the rudest people I have ever encountered. I made the mistake of asking for the lady who worked there before her, Jenia, or something like that. Oh my, did this hit a nerve. Jajenia was nice, pleasant, had a very bubbly personality, always so kind, very much unlike the lady who schedules procedures now. It's terribly distressing that the patients must leave a treatment facility due to the rude, disrespectful, hateful behavior the medical staff has toward the patients at SpringHill Pain Management center in Gainesville, FL. There has to be well qualified medical personelle who is available to serve the public and treat patients with respect and in a kind and professional manner.
