My experience with Gather Northeast was frustrating from start to finish -- meetings were constantly rescheduled, communication was inconsistent, and I often felt like an afterthought. Instead of lightening the load, it felt like I was constantly playing catch-up and handling everything myself. She didn't abide by her own contract and when I asked to terminate, she refused to give any of the payment back even though I paid before the contract payment due date because she asked. She couldn't reach out to my vendors on time but had no problem asking for early payment. Working with her added more stress than support.

We gave her a second chance after she abruptly closed Irelands without any warning, patrons found out of the closing when they showed up to a closed studio.
