Coordination from flight to hotel was seamless and same with hotel to flight. The resort and room were as advertised and confirmed, and I received a better rate than I was able to find elsewhere.

I scheduled and paid for a honeymoon that is forthcoming with the Travel Store. The first person I…read moreworked with was Bonnie and Bonnie was wonderful. For whatever reasons she has not been able to field any requests for assistance or help and we have been working with Amy, who I think is the owner/operator of the Travel Store. Amy sent me an e-mail which was my receipt for the down payment for the cruise. On the day that the balance was due, Amy called me and I paid off the rest of the cruise. This is the only time the Travel Store has tried to contact me. I later inquired as to flights from Syracuse to NYC (fr the cruise) and transfers from the airport to the port of departure. Amy did get back to me and I called in and paid Margaret for the other travel of this trip. I was e-mailed a receipt, again. I have e-mailed Amy and requested a packet for my trip. She indicates that I already received my packet - though she was never present in the store and I have never met her and none of employees have given us anything other than "receipts." I have come to find out that Norwegian has wanted additional pedigree information about myself and wife. I also was not inclined to know about making reservations for dinner and excursions and events on the boat. I called Amy this past Saturday and she asked if she could call me back because she was on the other line. I went to the Travel Store about an hour later and the Store appeared closed for the day. Amy has been avoiding me. If I wanted this treatment or lack of responsibility for customers, I would have used Orbitz or Expedia, etc. I will never use or recommend the Travel Store to anyone and I will be posting reviews on as many places I can so no one else comes to expect any HELP on their trip. It is my guess that this place is mostly in existence for the employees to get good deals on trips.

Went here for a friends birthday dinner that was hosted in the main dining room. This place was…read moresimply amazing and had so much character. The owners of the in were so nice and accommodating. They were great at hosting and give the guest their space. The meal and presentation was so nice. We also got to take a tour of the inn and it was so beautiful. Hopefully in the future we will get to come back and stay here!

We had never stayed at a bed and breakfast and weren't sure what to expect. This place exceeded our expectations. The mansion itself is beautiful. Every time we walked around the house we discovered more treasures, everything from the molding to antique pieces. The property has a lovely view of the Erie Canal. Each morning there was coffee waiting or us outside our door on a beautifully arranged tray. Then we went down to breakfast. I hate to repeat myself but the table was also beautifully arranged. We tried several different dishes during our stay, each one delicious. Our host, John and Rebecca, were there for our every need, without being intrusive. After running around all day It was so relaxing to return to our room each night. We asked several relatives to stop by and see the place. Our Aunt was thrilled as she had driven by hundreds of times and never been inside. She was not disappointed. One extra point. They have a friendly dog named Riley who helped us forget how much we missed our own pets. We plan to return here each time we return to Syracuse.

When the country club miscounted the chairs and we needed more, she quickly got in touch with the rental company and arranged for them to deliver them. Her attention to detail and her suggestions made for a seamless beautiful day. I highly recommend her.

My oldest love arts and crafts, they decorated jewelry boxes and made bracelets. It's a nice party option for cold birthday months. As a guest, I would recommend. The party flowed nicely.

My son loves the art classes at Shades of Orange. There are a Variety of class styles and age…read moregroups which is great! He especially Loved the Harry Potter workshop where he made a wand, golden snitch, and a book of monsters box. The instructors are knowledgeable, friendly, and great with the kids!
