We had a very disappointing experience and will not be back…read more We made an appointment for a gel manicure with french tips and showed a photo of the exact look we wanted . The woman at the desk said they could do it,helped match the colors and assigned my teen to a nail tech. It turned out the match did not have the right skills--she cut the nails way down painfully short and then painted the design,not adding any tips. The gel polish was messy as well, and the lines were crooked. When asked why there were no longer tips added per the photo she said " I don't do that". I'll share the "after" photo here as well as the one we showed as the goal. So disappointed! Would have way preferred to be told no one was on duty who could help us and saved our money! We went elsewhere the next day and got the manicure we wanted.
