My wedding ring, which was a custom ring, lost one of the diamonds (fortunately I found it), and it turned out the tips needed to be repaired. I assume that's why it didn't hold that diamond in place. Not only did they do a fantastic job on the repair, but cleaned it until it shined like it did decades ago! At the time, they told me that my other ring would eventually need the tips done, too, as they wear over time. I put it off over a year, but last year, decided to get it done, and I'm glad I did. Now, my rings are both in good shape, and I don't have to worry about losing a diamond again! The staff was very friendly, and answered all of my questions. They will definitely be my jeweler of choice in the future. I highly recommend them.
