my husband and I went on our first ever cruise. This past May on the reflection. We absolutely loved it! We left from Fort Lauderdale and went to Key West and Nassau Bahamas. We had so much fun! The staff was incredible. Everyone was so kind and helpful. Roberto who took care of our room and helped us was so kind and attentive and quick to help. Faith who often worked the ice cream station in the buffet area was sooo sweet. Her Smile and energy lights up the whole room. She was very friendly and personable. Antonia who I met on the pool deck as she was mopping Was very kind and a hard worker. I started Conversation with her and It was great getting to know her. Tamia who worked in the spa was very lovely. When she saw me, her face lit up and she pointed to her gap in her teeth and from then on we connected. I also have a gap in my two front teeth and so she was connecting with me on that and it just felt very wholesome. I truly loved getting to see each of these individuals every day. There were other staff members that were absolutely incredible as well, and I was just unable to catch their names and make good conversation with them. these individuals for sure deserve a raise. They worked so hard and really just made the experience so amazing. Everything was so smooth. I was kind of concerned about figure out where to go for our excursion one day and there was just no reason for me to worry at all because they just helped with every detail. They put a card in our room that told us exactly what to do and it was so smooth. The food was also absolutely delicious. They blew me away with the buffet. I did not know exactly what to expect but there were so many was almost overwhelming. There's lots to choose from! The shows that we got to go to, like the comedian, the magician and the and show. They were all really good and everyone was so talented. there really was so much to do on the ship! So many shops and things to look at. The views were incredible. I also really morning stretch class on the top deck. It was so refreshing so cool to be on a boat doing a fitness class and looking out and seeing the ocean. I could say many more good things about this cruise, but I will stop here.:) read more

Now because it was so hot I only stayed a few hours, but enjoyed the pics band they had which I have video of them added to this review. Bimini was cool I've been a few times before so I just went into town to grab a couple of drinks and grab a few souvenirs. Now this was my first Celebrity Cruise and I would say I would give them another try especially for a solo cruise. This cruise line is more of a chill vibe with several things to do during the day and night up until a point. After about 11pm not much is going on so if you looking for a full on "party ship" might not be up your alley. I was on a solo group cruise for 5 days/4 nights which I wish were at least another day. I had a great time, but will definitely try another boat and longer cruise so I will do more than I did. As 4-days is such a short amount of time. This is a great start for reflection and I would not be cheap and go ahead and get the premium drink package (if you a drinker) and at least try 2 at the minimum speciality restaurants because it is well worth it. I got the unlimited speciality package so I tried 4 of the restaurants and was not disappointed! Sometimes you have to splurge on yourself and I'm so glad I did on my first Celebrity cruise. read more

Crusing with Festival of the Sea aboard the Celebrity Reflection ship. Multiple stopsnin the Carribean. The ship was clean, well maintained but a bit dated from the perspective no power/charging ports within the rooms and scarce throughout the leisure decks. The food was a4 out of five with some work required in a couple of the speciality meals locations. The overall staff service was 5 stars. Now cost, not all inclusive and if you do t purchase the drink package it can become a costly endeavor. Additionally, each member of the suite must get the package if one gets it both must get it. Suites are available that included the drink package as well as wifi, and some of the speciality restaurants. Excursions also were an additional cost. The last port of call we did not leave the ship...arrived late, and had to be tendered off the boat. The ship announced the last boat from the pier to the ship was 3pm, by the time our number was called it was 12:30...which meant we would have had roughly 1hour in port then would have to turn right around to head back by 2-2:30 to best the rush at 3pm. If you get the opportunity to sail on her be sure to take in the Spa...completely enjoyable. read more

The Celebrity Reflection is the newest in the solstice series. It was inaugurated in 2012, weighs 126,000 gross tons, is 1041 feet and as a guest capacity of 3400. It was renovated in 2022 when it was in dry dock. There is no shortage of things to do, eat, drink or experience on the Reflection. We have a beautiful concierge cabin with a large veranda facing the back of the ship. The fabulous entertainment, a magnificent fitness center, a Persian spa & 8 restaurants, 25 bars, 5 stages, 2 pools, 6 hot tubs, a fantastic fitness center & many entertainment venues have kept us busy for our entire cruise. Our floating city has been in very calm waters; it doesn't feel like we are moving. Captain Leo along with his staff of over 1200 have kept us very comfortable, entertained, and well fed. So well fed that I'm going to have to really watch it when I get home. read more

I had very high expectations after being on the royal Caribbean last year. This is supposed to be an elevated experience with high customer service, high-quality food, and it was! The ship is constantly and thoroughly clean. The staff is so attentive and everywhere. Bradley, the cruise Director works very hard to make sure everyone is having a great time and informed of activities. The dining team works so hard to ensure satisfaction throughout every aspect of the dining and drinking experiences. I have never seen anything like this. Bravo to all! read more

This was the best raise I've ever been on! I went for my birthday and The staff made it so special. The ship was clean and nice. I didn't encounter a messy bathroom. The attendants were on it! The food was great for cruise food. The drinks were good and consistent and my Butler Michael was the best. My advice is to do a suite if you can. I got a massage and it was perfect. My port was Fort Lauderdale to Key West then to Bimini Nov 21-24. It wasn't crowded and very little kids. The organization of the ship and how they dealt with passengers was great. My only qualm was that they didn't have a good Dj like night club. Also no karaoke. The events could have been better. This was more of a relaxing cruise. No surprise charges. It was simply amazing. Best cruise line. We booked with Celebrity because upon research the cruise line is mostly adults (retirement age) and the food is high quality. It was true. The ship had places with relaxing music, places with be-bop music, and places that were quiet to hear the ship moving through the ocean. The food was great. Other cruises I felt like I was hungry all the time and even bought snacks while in ports. Celebrity has many options, vegan and vegetarian and dairy free things. The food was well cooked and the dining room presented their plates well. I didn't find a dessert that I liked. The specialty coffee was just OK. The team treated you wonderful and met every need. Beds were comfy. Gave lots of hangers to hang clothes. We already booked our next cruise with them. I suppose its true, once you cruise celebrity you wont choose another cruise line! read more

Those who know me know that I am an avid cruise ship traveler. I started out as a performer on Holland America back in the '80s and did lots of entertaining as well on Norwegian and Homeric. As a passenger, I have enjoyed cruises on Carnival, Norwegian, MSC, Royal Caribbean + Holland America. I thought it was high time I tried a new line and so I took a chance and booked myself for 4-day cruise out of Fort Lauderdale on the Celebrity Reflection. Unfortunately, like most cruise lines, you get penalized if you are traveling alone and usually have to pay for the price of two. Although still higher than the other cruise lines I've traveled on, Celebrity Reflection was offering a decent deal for a solo traveler and so I decided to book a cruise and check it out. Overall, it was a great experience and a step up from most other cruises I have been on in most categories. The pluses were many. You literally walk right onto the ship with minimal waiting. It was the same with departing. I was off the ship in 10 minutes. I loved all of that! As soon as you get on board your room is ready. I loved that as well! The ship is smaller so it never felt crowded or overwhelming.. The staff was very friendly and welcoming and helpful. They had 5,000 activities throughout the day, so if you decided you wanted to partake in an activity, there was always something happening. Although they offer a pay to go spa facility, they still offered showers and a sauna in the men's area which I appreciated. My cabin was spacious and clean and with a shower you can actually fit in and a beautiful balcony with enough room to sit and relax and felt very spacious and private. Lots of nice touches like chocolate on the bed at night, invitation to several special events throughout the cruise and a bottle of wine as a thank you upon departure. My cabin steward was attentive but not intrusive. I liked that as well! And best of all... The food! Wow! I would have to say hands down the best food overall that I have experienced on any cruise line. Unfortunately, I did not go to the main dining room. As much as I eat out by myself all the time with no problem back home, something about eating by myself in a dining room on a cruise ship makes me feel awkward so I almost always opt for their buffet which never let me down on the Reflection. The lunch buffet was out of this world. Asian station, Mexican station, Italian station, American station, Indian station, salad bar, fruit stand, and most important.. an ice cream station with all the trimmings. A meal never went by without me having two scoops of something topped with all the sprinkles and cookie crumbles I could fir in my bowl. I was so happy even though I was in a coma every night by the time my eating was over. The dinner buffet was also excellent but nothing compared to the abundance and quality and presentation of the lunches. Whoever the chef is on the Celebrity Reflection deserves all the kudos he/she can get. Loved! Loved the food! So glad I brought fat clothes with me!!! LOL I love children but I have to admit that I enjoyed being on a cruise ship with not many kids. Things were calmer and quieter. The only negative and it is a big one for me, was the entertainment. Considering everything else was of such high quality, I was disappointed in the main stage productions. The dancers and singers were very talented, but everything was so freaking loud that I had to take off my hearing aids and stick my fingers in my ears. It was overwhelmingly loud and not enjoyable. I also thought the choice of material was poor and did not match the demographics of the audience. I wish they would have presented something like a Broadway Revue or a mini Broadway musical or at least a revue with songs that we are familiar with. I was very disappointed. The magician was fine and the comedian was actually funny but did not make up for two nights of loud uninteresting entertainment by the cast. Again, they were very talented but somebody needs to revisit the material they perform and volume control. I have been torn between giving this a 9 and a 10 and only because of the entertainment. Since everything else was really tops, I'm going to give them a 10 but I do hope they see my review and do something about those loud monotonous musical revues where everything sounded and looked the same. But, if you are looking for a cruise line a cut above some of the others with more privacy, a more adult feel, smooth boarding and departure and a buffet that will knock your socks off, Celebrity Reflection should be your next stop! I did a short weekend(3 night) cruise to Bahamas and it was fantastic. Celebrity is way more classy than other cruise lines like Carnival, RC and NCL in that range. Our cruise director was Luigi. He is full of energy and his presence just enlightens your mood. We stopped at Perfect Day at Coco Cay and this private island definitely made for a relaxing spot. Even though it didnt have a tonne of activities to do like other cruise ports, the fact that it is owned by the cruise company made it feel like a "everything take care of" kind of experience. The rooms were nice. My only complaint was that there was only one place you can charge your phone (near the desk). Nothing close to the bed. Food options at Main Dining room were a bit limited but they all tasted great. The staff was really really nice. People went above and beyond to help and guide us whenever we needed anything. One word of caution is when you go these art auction. It is very easy to fall into their sales trap. The port service staff was great as well. Overall a great experience. read more

I had the greatest time on this cruise. It was only three nights from Fort Lauderdale to Nassau in the Bahamas. It stopped on CocoCay, which is a private island owned by this company, apparently. They have a water park there and other stuff, but I walked around for an hour and then went back to the ship and had the pool almost entirely to myself. That worked out well. Nassau isn't much, unless you want to buy over priced cheap souvenirs. Other than that, there really isn't much on the island. But it's in the Bahamas and was nice to walk around for a few hours. But the ship was awesome. The food is included, and there is plenty of it. I was surprised at how good it was. You can pay more if you want fancier food, but I was fine with what came with the package. The concierge for my stateroom was incredible. Very attentive and always had everything looking ship shape (sorry, I couldn't resist). All-in-all, a great experience and I will definitely be cruising again. read more

This is the first time my wife and I have ever been on a cruise and it was absolutely amazing. First we considered going on Carnival but some people told us we would probably like Celebrity more so we changed our reservation and booked a Celebrity Cruise on the Reflection. We figured since we're going on our first cruise we should do it right so we booked a suite. We're so glad we did and will never cruise any other way. Arriving at the terminal we did not need to wait in line. We went through a private door and were taken to a room where we could relax and have drinks and snacks while waiting to board the ship. At boarding time someone came and got us and took us to our suite. The entire cruise was relaxing and amazing. There was always something to do. We ate at Luminea for every meal because it was so enjoyable. That's a different review. After meeting him only once our concierge remembered our names every time we needed help. The same with our butler who was absolutely amazing and took such wonderful care of us. There were very few children and we only saw them a few times in public areas. There were no children in the private areas for those staying in suites. Even though this is not a giant ship relatively speaking, we had a great time and were constantly busy if we wanted to do something or finding a nice place to relax quietly with the breeze blowing over us outside. The experience we had inspired us to book two more cruises for 2025 with Celebrity and we're thinking about a third. If you're on a cruise that will be on the Reflection you will have an amazing time. read more

Knock off of stars for smell of mold in some of the hall on 9th level. I'm highly allergic...I got sick. Otherwise: great bar-tenders, cabin attendants, staff, food, drinks. (we had the premium package). Other than the mold smell, the areas were clean and tidy, and one saw people constantly disinfecting. We had premiere loading and unloading of the ship: but the walk down from the ship was still very, very long for someone with tendentitis!! Also the area out at the uber pick up was a zoo! Needs some attention to organization there.... The cabin with the veranda on level 9 was amazing! We loved to watch the waves, the stars, and moon, and the stars! Celebrity Reflection is owned by Celebrity Cruises. It is one of their Solstice-class ships, and it was built in 2012 and refurbished in 2022. Its staterooms include inside, ocean view (window), veranda (balcony), concierge, AquaClass (including access to Blu restaurant and to Persian Garden for steam rooms and heated loungers), and Retreat suites (including access to an exclusive lounge and Luminae restaurant). For our most recent cruise on this ship, my husband and I booked a veranda room because we enjoy the view of the ocean from the balcony and think that the price is a good deal. Our room was in good condition, and our housekeeper was friendly. For food and beverages, this ship has complimentary restaurants (e.g., main, Oceanview Cafe buffet, and Mast Grill) and speciality/paid restaurants (e.g., Murano, Tuscan Grille, Le Petit Chef®, Lawn Club Grill, Porch, Sushi on Five, and several bars). My husband and I ate meals at nearly all of these restaurants many times, and we always felt very happy with the quality of the food and service. Please note that the Lawn Club Grill and Porch are on only this ship and the Silhouette ship, and I highly recommend these restaurants. Each day, the cruise employees hold dozens of activities for entertainment, but my husband and I usually skipped these activities to hang out in our room, gamble a little in the casino, shop in the boutique stores, and receive massages in the spa. This ship's other amenities include a salon, fitness center, swimming pools, hot tubs, outdoor movie screen, theaters, art gallery, photographers, medical facility, Fun Factory/X Club/Video Arcade for children, basketball court, etcetera. Overall, my husband and I really enjoyed our vacation on Celebrity Reflection. Took a 4 days cruise and was impressed with the service, entertainment, amenity of the ship and of course the food. There were not many kids on board as it was off peak time (October) Boarding the ship was smooth and quick. Our room was already ready so we took our luggage to our room right away and set out to explore the ship and have our lunch at their buffet. The view was something else. We love cruising because of the incomparable views, the food, service and entertainment. Celebrity did not disappoint. We explored Key West and then spent a day at Bimini island, Bahamas which was heavenly!! The water was so warm and clear and calm and shallow. We could've spent all day in their beaches. It was not crowded since the island only allow 1 ship to dock per day and the island offered free shuttles rides from ship to the beaches. The beaches are free as well with the options of paying extra for lounge chairs which allows you to utilize their private pool and come with a free drink which we chose not to and walked right up to the beach and laid our towels on the sand and went swimming for free. I recommend you bring your own refreshment if you choose to do what we did or you can walk up to the bar and purchase drinks. The shows and live band on the ship was on par and lively. They had a theme night called Shine the Night which was like a throw back to the 80s-90s and guests were encouraged to wear silver or shiny outfits. We danced the night away. We've never cruised before and decided it's about time we do. We booked a Carnival Cruise but canceled it and booked a Celebrity cruise instead. We're glad we did! Our cruise experience was fantastic! We were spoiled! We booked a suite and were treated very well from the time of checking in, boarding, staying and up to debarkation. We were addressed, " Mr and Mrs Simmons" by every crew that we encountered. That's truly impressive!! We were pleasantly surprised at the size of our cabin and the storage space. As soon as we entered, we noticed the bottle of sparkling wine and a bowl of fruit. We ate all our meals at Luminae which is the restaurant for suite guests. Service is out of this world! We fell in love with a table for two next to a window overlooking the sea and were given the same table every time we dined. Bottom line is we enjoyed our first cruise with Celebrity so much that we're going to another cruise in January and December 2025! read more

My husband and I spent a good amount on the 4 Night Bahamas Getaway Celebrity cruise this past week. We purchased expensive jewelry, ate at expensive restaurants and had a great time until the last night, when the Casino would not allow me to play at one of the slot machines. On Day 2, I played the slots, sitting right next to my husband. He tapped his room card to charge the room on his machine, as did I, and we played our room charges up and down until I landed on 0.00 and he cashed out and went on to play a table game. On the evening of day 4 (the last night of the cruise), we went back to the Casino to charge the room again, and all was good for him, but NOT for me. When I tapped my room card, there was no option to charge the room, only to sign in for the personal banker (via pin) and I was never able to move forward. After several attempts at pressing the SERVICE button with no assistance, I got up to speak with Josue, to where he explained that $200 was withdrawn but never played. I was extremely upset and grew more upset when he asked the gentleman next to him for what to do next, and they both stated that because I never played the $200 (which I DID) it was looked at like a withdrawal only. Again, I played my $200 and the charge clearly was removed from my bank account, and if they were truly concerned about their customer service, they would've spent more time digging into issues with the machine/system, instead of telling me that my only option to play was with cash (which I didnt have on me, nor was I about to pull out) so where was the money spent if it was NOT at the machine that I played it on??? Because of this, I will NEVER return to this cruise ship, and it ruined the rest of the evening. NEVER again will I be humiliated on this cruise ship where if they genuinely cared, they would've gotten to the bottom of it. What a lack of give a damn and disgust. First cruise on Celebrity; its reputation for slightly higher end dining is well deserved. Took an April cruise out of Port Everglades (can have 8 cruise ships at once, but the terminals are far apart), in Fort Lauderdale in mid April, going to Puerto Rico, Sint Maarten, Virgin Islands (both U.S. and British) and Dominican Republic. The cruise line sends out free cruise deals to certain casino members, and my brother usually takes advantage, taking different people whenever possible. This time was my turn. The Captain's Club is the loyalty program of Celebrity, and has reciprocity with its sister company Royal Caribbean (Diamond on RC translates to Elite on Celebrity)...though nights earned for status remains on the brand where you got them (i.e. you can't stay on a Celebrity cruise and transfer those nights into the RC program). Being Elite status on Celebrity gives you the following complementary services that we used during our 8 nights: 90 minutes of non-continuous internet (they track usage by the second); every day cocktail hour from 5-7pm when drinks at certain bars are complementary; one day at the Persian Garden spa during a non-sea day; one bag of laundry cleaned and folded, returned within 48 hours, dedicated departure lounge on disembarkation day. With the addition of the varied, complementary dining services, there really wasn't much more need to spend additional dollars [port fees and daily gratuities ($18 per day per person) are the things one must pay]. The Celebrity Reflection first went into service in 2012, and last had a general refresh in 2022. It has a maximum passenger count of 3,046, and I believe that's close to what we had. It's set-up is what I think of when pondering the set-up of an ocean liner: a passenger list that skews towards the older with not many children; comfortable rooms with personalized 2 turn downs per day; a wider selection of dishes, many that I have not seen at other cruise lines; educational lectures given by a professor-type speaker. It also had a lawn with real grass, where one could enjoy a burger and other backyard BBQ type food, and play lawn games like croquet and bocce (thankfully no lawn darts...can't believe somebody thought back in the day, that it was a good idea to sell them). Older boat means older room with an antiquated layout, which layout has gotten a lot more practical over the years. The only electrical outlets are on the desk, so needed an extension and moving the bed to be able to connect my portable C-Pap machine. The TV remote was from the 80's (way too many useless buttons hiding the important ones like volume), and the satellite TV showing live sports was often not available. It was unique in that they offered free movies-on-demand, first run movies not yet available on mass streamers without renting it (saw 'Iron Claw' starring Zac Efron...it was really disappointing for this 80's pro wrestling fan). The food deserves a review on its own. In terms of the crew, they were as friendly and helpful as any other cruise line that I've been on. And I really liked the fitness center, with its equipment. It (almost) made the daily stretching and exercise enjoyable. read more

When you are the first person standing in front of the Future Cruise doors waiting for them to open on your very first day, something has got to be good. Yes, we started this vacation booking a future cruise. We stayed in a Premium Veranda mid ship and were very happy with the accommodations. We pre paid our gratuities and purchased the Premium drink package and reserved a special night at Muranos. Tips and suggestions. Prepay your gratuities. Our room steward was so good that we gave him more tip. Get the Premium Drink package. If you didn't like what was served, get something else. I had a smorgasbord and can literally say I tried every $17 drink on this cruise. Try a specialty dinner. It is worth it. We learned you can get the same breakfast offerings in the buffet dining as you could get at the sit down main dining. Difference is you can graze to your hearts content at the buffet. Big thumbs up for the Eggs Benedict. How in the world can they have perfectly runny eggs when an upscale land restaurant that I've been to couldn't? When we left for the cruise, Max opted to have the porter take his luggage and I took mine with me. It wasn't bad lugging it to the room because I could drop it off and see the room. You can't stay, but it's a perk. Max's luggage arrived a couple of hours later when we could have full access to the room. Looking forward to another cruise and another Perfect Day! Great cruise on Celebrity reflection that definitely exceeded my expectations. Safety was definitely a priority. From the requirements to be vaccinated and negative covid testing to board to the scheduled times to check in and masks and hand sanitizer in the rooms, there was an effort to keep passengers and crew safe and healthy. Although the last night no masks were required in the last show, I appreciated how there were masks required in the theaters on the other nights. Most guests complied. And of course, washy-washy, happy-happy hand sanitizer was dispensed freely every time you went to dine or board the boat. The staff was fantastic! From the officers to the waiters (Clint, Antonio and Yarmi) to the art gallery (Rikus, Lew and Megan) to cruise director Steve, everyone was so warm and welcoming. Fun to be able to chat with the entertainers along the way as well. Thank you, thank you, thank you to Rikus, Lew and Megan with the Art Gallery. We really loved being able to share an appreciation of art with Rikus and his staff. It was so nice to be able to not only come to the auctions, but just sit and spend time talking about our favorite artists as well as learning about new and upcoming artists. We feel that we were treated like family. We appreciate the warmth and kindness Rikus and his staff showed us. Who knows! Maybe our paths cross again one day. I think that our cabin steward, Elvis, never sleeps. The captain joked that he left to go to the bathroom and when he came back, the bed was made with a small chocolate on the pillow. That was Elvis. Elvis was always around; our room was always made up perfectly and he always had something kind to say with a sweet smile on his face. One of the best cabin stewards that we have ever had. We also appreciated the free pressed clothing items. He was so nice to get our laundry done in time after we missed the deadline. Kudos to the chef and the dining staff. I am not usually a fan of the Oceanview Cafe, but the food was so delicious. We really enjoyed the Mediterranean buffets with the shawarma and hummus bar, the ceviche served in coconut halves, the cheeses from around the world and the fresh grilled fish. The desserts were dangerously, decadently delicious. Le Petit Chef was so much fun with the animated chef. Loved the matcha cake. The food in the Main Dining room was not only delicious but presented so beautifully. A big thank you to Clint, Antonio and Yarmi for fantastic service and bringing us a special masala chai tea at dinner (my favorite). The lamb was cooked in so many different ways (lamb shank, lamb chops and lamb in phyllo). The fresh fish was amazing. From the salmon tartare to the beets with feta, the appetizers and salads were so pretty and unique. Thanks for the modified salmon benedicts to start the day. So nice to be able to start the day with a complimentary meditation class. Clear your mind with Vicky. So tranquil and relaxing. The Celebrity Mobile App was an amazing way to know what was happening and where. Loved being able to see the menus for the whole week as well. Okay for communicating with other though because it was so slow to update. As the cruise ship was not crowded, it was easy to get a private hot tub, swim laps in the solarium pool or watch a private movie showing on the Great Lawn under the stars at night. Celebrity Reflection was the best cruises we have ever been on in Forty years of cruising. The service and food was exceptional. Our suite in the Retreat was fantastic. All the extra TLC was well worth the Retreat. The entertainment was upscale. We would definitely go on this ship again. read more

The ship was nice and the staff was excellent, for the most part, particularly housekeeping. Our cabin steward was very good, friendly and efficient. Public spaces were always clean and attractive. There were plenty of choices for bars, poolside and otherwise, and a truly large number of dining venues. The shows were pretty good, though the comedian the first night was a tired old act. The dining was no better than normal Royal Caribbean or Carnival cruises in the main dining rooms and buffet. The buffets were full of variety, but nothing was memorable and a lot of it bad to mediocre. Dinner in the main dining room was acceptable but not particularly special. On two nights, we chose specialty restaurants, with very different results, terrible and tacky in one, genuinely delicious and excellent in the other. Qsine was not worth the extra cost or time. The menu is limited and pretentious, and the presentation unsophisticated and overwrought. The simultaneous plating with a light show is geared for children and not for foodies. The beef Wellington type choice only came medium or well done, so we ordered the halibut. It was overcooked as well. Nothing was memorable or good, and the meal in the main dining room the next night far exceeded this hokey experience by simply being good. Fortunately, I didn't cancel the 2nd upcharge restaurant based on that, because Murano was terrific. It's a handsome room. The dark wood sets a much more luxurious tone than the theme park kitsch at Qsine. The service was exceptional, and involved traditional table side preparations that were executed with charm and skill. And the food was delicious, especially the chateubriand and flambé lobster dish. The soufflés were done perfectly as well. This was excellent and worth the upcharge. read more

This was a very unique cruise. It was an adults only, clothing optional, "swingers" cruise. I wasn't sure what to expect but it was amazing. The staff was incredible as was the food and shopping. The entire ship was clean and well organized. Our room attendant, Alex, was funny and personable. The buffet and restaurants had extremely fine dining options. Everything from pizza to steak and lobster. The pools and hot tubs were clean and well maintained. The shows in the theater were fun and featured comics, dancing and live bands. We had a beautiful room with a balcony that we really enjoyed. The staff was very positive about the fact I was there with three woman I'm dating. They treated us professionally and minded their own business. This is a huge plus fir same sex couples and triads. This was a wonderful week and we all plan to repeat it. read more

1st impressions- embarkation was smooth and pleasant -once we actually boarded the ship, not so much. Our luggage was left in the hall not anywhere near our stateroom / we happened to find it while exploring. Information that we were told would be in our stateroom wasn't , nor was it on the app although the app is difficult to navigate so maybe I missed - but I shouldn't have had to spend 20 minutes figuring out where we were supposed to go for "special concierge " lunch . Not special, slow service, overcooked chicken and salmon. Went to "dedicated" concierge and told we would have info on how to contact stateroom attendant placed in room - needed to request pillows/ glasses for bathroom - only 1 and we needed 2. Went to lunch back to room - no info 3 hrs after I asked concierge. Back to concierge - this one said oh, you can't contact cabin attendant, you tell concierge and we take care of it. Ok , asked for 4 not down pillows as I'm allergic to down and 2 glasses . Went to stateroom to watch football game - about 40 minutes after speaking with concierge ,stateroom attendant came to room to introduce himself. He had not been contacted by concierge . He also offered his card and info on how to contact - so we requested pillows and glasses again. There are only 2 outlets in stateroom - neither anywhere close to bed or couch.Total # drawers for clothing - 3 that are about 12 inches wide.This is a concierge class stateroom - would hate to see a basic one. No aft elevators , midship and forward only so always a wait as they hold very few passengers. Midship has VERY LOUD MUSIC all day that spirals up from deck 3 to the decks above. So loud you have to yell to be heard - so all gathering places in this area that aren't behind walls are unpleasant if you wish to converse. After asking several different crew members the consensus is there is one lounge you can have a cocktail and converse in as well as in the silent disco. Gonna be a long week. read more

We are Celebrity fans and this Cruise was perfect once again. Food is always good, the room is always perfect and the ports were exactly what we were looking for. We went to the ABC islands and they are simply amazing and well worth the visit everytime we travel to them. Our first time in Bonaire and it was our favorite of all because it isn't as commercial - more like rustic and just nature. The buffet on Celebrity was better than the Main Dining Room so we ate there every meal except one at night. Celebrity is a near upscale Cruiseline which caters to adults (very few children onboard) and NO SMOKING in the Casino which is another reason we will always Cruise Celebrity when possible. The S Class ships are perfect for us and we have cruised all of them now. We are Celebrity Fans and have 3 more booked next year and have had 15+ the last two years alone. read more

It is a very nice ship. Everyone seemed to be having a good time even though we were stuck at sea for an extra day. The food and staff were great. The mixed drinks could use some help. 1st Post.. My better half and I have cruised more than 20 times. We have almost a collective 3/4 of a year at sea for each of us. This is the most attentive and "I'd like to make you feel better" cruise we've been on. 1st time celebrity cruise, so on a recommendations of extremely good friends (who are with us now) we went full tilt on suite class. I don't regret a penny of it. 1st day in and I'm already blown away. This is without question the cleanest ship I've been on. I dare you to find a gun wrapper. I'm finding that many if not most of my fellow cruisers are here, .again, because of this crew. Seriously. A good size of numbers of the crew know past guests, and visa versa. This is not a 3 or 4 day trip out of Miami. This is a 900 foot long 5 star hotel that moves from island to island. read more

I worked on cruise ships for 12 years, so I'm very familiar with the various products. Celebrity has always been one of my favorites! So I was very excited to do a day visit on Reflection. The construction of Celebrity ships has always been clean, classy and elegant with a modern touch. This is my first time seeing the Reflection. Even though it debuted in 2012, this ship still appears to look, feel and even smell new! My favorite areas were the atrium, The Hideaway, Solstice deck, Spa and the Lawn Club. But overall a beautiful ship! The staff is friendly and happy. Hopefully I'll be able to sail one day and enjoy the rest of the functions of the ship. read more

Disclaimer: Pre-COVID visit Had the pleasure of boarding this cruise for a work event, easily over 100 people attended. The cruise line staff ensured maximum security protocols were met. We had to go through metal detectors. We were all asked to wait patiently at the gates prior to boarding the cruise. We were given badges that let everyone know it was a day pass for this specific event. We only had access to the theater and the dining room (unfortunately) the staff was more than nice! Even though we weren't actual paying customers they made us feel at home and had bright smiles as they greeted every attendee. The food was delicious! Awesome ship with amazing service. Just finished our 2021 Reflection Celebrity holiday cruise which included Christmas. While we had a few hiccups during the 8 nights (including a medical emergency and a few people testing positive for Covid), the ship staff was overall very flexible and accommodating to the situations. They had tight protocols for the health and safety of everyone on board. I must say, the food quality and staff was the very best and so knowledgeable (thanks Jermaine, Kishan, & Red from the Opus Dining room). We hit up the Mask Grill for hamburgers almost every afternoon. Staff there (Shaniece, Mark, & Pratik ) were so great with my 8 year old son. Bartenders were very attentive and knew what we liked by the second day (thanks Kenroy). Our room was kept clean and everyone was so nice and would greet us by our names. Nicest surprise on the 7th floor was the open area hideaway with cubby pods and basket pods. We called it our living room since rooms are so small. Favorite stop wasthe small island of Bimini in the Bahamas. 360 beach had amazing clear blue waters and soft sand. You can rent chairs/cabanas; they're cheeper the further you walk down the beach or you can just lay your blanket down on the sand for free. Back on the boat, Sushi on 5 with Silva and Winnie was amazing (ate there 3 different times because the food was so fresh & flavorful: favorites: lobster ramen, chicken ginger goyza, rainbow roll, and spicy tuna & shrimp tempura roll). Finally, the 2 seventy five minute hot stone massages I had (both from Dina) were the best I've ever had on any of my prior cruises. If I could, I would have taken Dina home with me- lol. read more

Worst cruise line available! There are no amenities on board other than to eaat. A lot of the areas are exclusive and restricted to guests that aren't "elite" members. Overall the staff was rude, aNd guest relations was unhelpful. When calling customer service we were told that we should have known the ship would be like this before we left. No service recovery was made onboard or after speaking with customEr service. Food was ok, but the dining area was constantly closed at inconvenient hours (2pm).
