We arrived on time and checked in as instructed. My friend was eventually seen, although it was about an hour after our scheduled appointment. Meanwhile, I continued waiting. By 11:35 a.m., I still had not been seen. During that time, I watched numerous clients who arrived after me get seated before I did. I spoke with multiple employees throughout the morning to make sure I hadn't been overlooked and reminded them several times that I had a 10:00 a.m. appointment. No one offered an explanation, an apology, or even an estimate of when I might be seen. I asked to speak with a manager and was told there wasn't one on duty. I then asked to speak with the owner and was told the owner wasn't there. At no point did anyone take ownership of the situation or make any effort to resolve it. Waiting an hour and thirty-five minutes past a scheduled appointment without ever being seen is unacceptable. Delays happen, but what is not acceptable is the complete lack of communication, accountability, or basic customer service. More than anything, it was incredibly disrespectful of my time. I ultimately left without receiving any services because I simply could not wait any longer. This experience was frustrating, unprofessional, and showed a complete disregard for customers' time.

I went in hoping to relax and disconnect while having my pedicure done, but the owner approached me during the service and told me that I could no longer wear my UV-protection gloves during my manicure because they supposedly cause my nail technician, Any, to take longer. The owner also told me that the salon had always scheduled extra time for my appointments because of the gloves, but that they could no longer continue doing so. This did not make sense to me because I book my own appointments online, just like any other customer, and no one has ever contacted me to say that extra time was being added. I have also forgotten the gloves on several occasions, so the claim that they have always made special scheduling accommodations for me does not appear to be accurate. During my previous appointment, Any went to the bathroom approximately four times, which may have contributed to the appointment running behind. Any was also noticeably irritated and in a bad mood during that visit, which made the experience uncomfortable. The manicure from that appointment did not last. My nails chipped and broke much sooner than they should have. The owner blamed the UV-protection gloves, but my pedicure did not last either, and I obviously do not wear the gloves on my feet. For that reason, blaming the gloves did not make sense to me. Although Amy can usually make my nails look nice initially, the pedicure itself has never felt thorough. The service description includes scrubbing and a massage, but she does not properly scrub my feet with a pumice stone, and I do not receive a meaningful foot massage. After spending more than $100, my feet should feel noticeably smoother. I have had many pedicures throughout my life, and this is not how feet should feel immediately after receiving a professional pedicure. The main reason I continued coming to this salon was convenience because it is located near another place I visit regularly. Unfortunately, convenience is not worth being blamed for poor results, or leaving without receiving the full service advertised. The way the owner approached me made me feel uncomfortable rather than valued as a paying customer. With so many nail salons nearby, I recommend going elsewhere.

Today After a brief wait, Hanna herself sat me in the padded massage chair, made me comfortable and started on my old gel removal. Very nice and gentle. I have Mina as my nail tech and it's very relaxing in the comfy chair and sanitary plastic covered foot tub. She is meticulous and unrushed. All good! Her next customer comes very early (over half hour?!) but they seem fine waiting, still no hurry here. Well done! I get a nice gel pedi, nails trimmed/filed, includes massage, softening foot file and a nice lotion. No upsell at all. A good hour of pampering for around $50. My usual nail tech was on vacation and I came here due to positive reviews on Yelp. I had a regular pedicure and a gel manicure. One of the nails on my left hand was applied in a way that touched the skin on the side, which caused it to lift off the very next day. I had to return to have it fixed, but I was not happy with the repair; as the fixed nail looks noticeably darker than the rest. After that, other nails also began chipping which was frustrating. I was also not impressed with the cleanliness compared to my usual manicure and pedicure salon. For example, a plastic liner was not automatically used in the pedicure tub; I had to request it. I also noticed that nail files appeared to be reused, which made me uncomfortable. Overall, the experience felt like more hassle than it was worth. Due to the quality issues and cleanliness concerns, I don't plan on returning.

The nail technician, Neivi, was extremely unprofessional and dismissive while doing my nails, even…read moreafter I repeatedly told her I was unhappy with the work. When my sister asked for clarification about why the nails were not done correctly, the technician and another worker immediately escalated the situation, became aggressive, and even accused us of lying. The situation became so hostile that the technician threatened to fight me after her shift, while yelling "I don't need this job I have more money then you" I'm making everyone aware because this behavior created an unsafe and uncomfortable environment, and it needs to be formally addressed. No customer should be treated this way or feel unsafe simply for voicing concerns. Not all customers are always right but in this situation, we were not at fault. Avoid this business, as the manager also failed to de-escalate the situation and allowed the aggressive behavior to continue.
