However, even the dirt from the pool floor wasn't removed, which makes me question whether it was properly vacuumed. That was discussed prior to the start of work, and I was assured this would be completely taken care of. Brittany is super nice, however I found the labor insufficient unfortunately. The owner, Jason, was extremely disrespectful and dismissive throughout the entire situation. Looking back, I should have trusted the negative reviews I saw before booking with them instead of brushing them off. One of their pool technicians came out on Monday to inspect our filter. According to Jason, the filter was inspected but not cleaned or serviced. He also stated that at the time of inspection, there were no signs of leaking or damage after the technician left. The very next day, we noticed a leak coming from the filter area. When we contacted Jason about it, instead of taking any accountability or even considering that something may have happened during the visit, he immediately claimed the unit was "old and broken" and needed to be completely replaced for $1,700. How does that make any sense? One day the filter supposedly shows no signs of leaking or damage, and immediately after their technician visits, it suddenly becomes "broken" and needs a costly replacement? Jason completely disregarded the obvious concern that something may have happened during or after the inspection. The lack of professionalism, accountability, and respect from the owner alone is enough for me to never use this company again. I would strongly recommend others do their research and proceed with caution before hiring Blissful Waters Pool Company.

Jason and James are professional, on-time, and communicative. For the first time in my time in Orlando, I don't have any pool worries! Pricing is quite reasonable for the services provided, but Blissful Waters goes beyond providing the service requested and makes excellent suggestions to improve how my pool is maintained. Living in such a hot climate, I am well familiar with the weekly need to add water to our pool. Even before I had engaged Blissful Waters, Jason suggested that I get a hose bib timer so that his team can take care of adding water each week. I did not know that hose bib timers existed or that they were so affordable. Adding water to my pool is one less thing I need to remember to do, because Blissful Waters takes care of it for me. Each week, I receive via email an excellent summary of the services performed, including a photo of the pool. If I have questions, Jason is just a text away. However there was some follow-up that needed to be done, they came out a few times for repairs that I had a warranty on but never really solved the issue! I tried calling, texting, leaving VM, Nada!!!! That's when I decided to check on Yelp again and give it one more try! I came across Pool Sharks pool service. Called Andy up, he responded very quickly via VM. When we finally were able to speak, Andy came over the same day we spoke, probably within minutes, as he was already in my area. Charged me the service call fee, which was very reasonable. The last company had a difficult time getting my vacuum to clean the pool, there was no flow going through my salt cell, it was a mess. Pool starting to turn green pretty quickly! Andy came over, took the motor apart, started cleaning the motor, discovered that leaves were getting in the propeller, or something like that? Taught me how to put the basket back in so that it doesn't happen again! Made it easier for me to take the Filter cap off so that I'm not spending 10's of minutes trying to put the cap back on, which can take up to an hour trying to align the steel rod back into its groove!! If anything, just that one little trick was worth the service fee!! He really went above and beyond!! Needless to say, I will be using Andy for all my pool service needs!!
