Beware! Don't let the positive fake and paid for ratings fool you, Guy conducts business 100% unprofessional and incompetent/ skilled conman. First off I tested my own gold and checked diamonds using the same tools jewelers use when determining karat and authenticity in diamonds via Acid to stone and diamond selector. So after this has been bothering me to my core the past few days since my experience I decided I need to share it so that it prevents others from experiencing what I had when I went to sell some gold/jewlry at Celines Jewelry Box Cash For Gold. I show up and walk into the business where there is literally no jewlry on display in a small plain room with a door and a bullet proof glass operating window to cunduct business, or shall I put it conduct being conmen... I Start bringing out a veriety of solid gold rings, watch, and bracelet as well as a handfull of 925 sterling silver items. Included withing the gold rings were several small and tiny diamonds that were tested using via diamond selector. Now right after finishing the testing of all the gold, the first thing dude does that shoots a massive red flag into the sky is the placing of it all on the scale together! I said "wait, hey are we weighing all that all together?" he goes "shoot my bad" and takes everything off and says under his breath "shoot, now which ones which?" Then mind you I had a solid gold watch where I had tested 14k which weighed several ounces, tells me "this gold is mixed" I say "umm Isn't all gold that's not 24k mixed?" He then said "no its mixed 10k and 14k. Come to find out later 14k gold prices by ounce go for around 708 bucks and 10k per ounce at around 600. Along with some other gold jewelry I had about 3 other rings 10k with several small diamonds. And 2 14k rings. had several sterling silver items as well. I then went to show him 2 loose small diamonds and 1 tiny which I had previously checked. As he touched the diamond with the tester I remember seeing the light start to climb all the way up until all of the sudden he drops the diamond on the floor.... Mind you that he is standing in a small room behind a bulletproof glass where he had dropped my diamond taking it out of my line of sight. He then looks as if hes searching around for it and takes some time to do so... He comes up and proceeds. He then says the tiny one they are not interested in because it's too small and the 2 smalls are glass. I remember being very confused saying out loud "wait what? I know I tested those diamonds, I'm almost certain, are you sure?" He replies "yea, I'm sorry, they are glass and we can't sell them." I was very caught off guard and just put my baggie away. But at the time never thought of the possibility that he had just pulled a switch on me right there. Now the final price of everything comes to a whopping 230 bucks! I was in utter disbelief... asking "this is a real number you just calculated?" the Guy then looks down at everything and has a look like hes crunching numbers in his head and makes some hand gestures over the pile of gold, silver and diamonds I just brought him. He then comes up with a different figure about a minute or two later... His final offer was 250 bucks which sadly I might have leaked some of my desperation where he was able to exploit and I regretfully gave in... Did more research when I got home and never felt right since. Lets just say hypothetically speaking if I had just the gold band of the watch I brought to him and conservatively we'll say it's 10k when the majority of it was 14k, that band alone could have gone for over 1000 bucks in melt weight at 10k price.... This place could have given me triple even quadruple and still make money, but wait what about the real diamonds that got snaked............... You go right ahead and buy into these paid for fake reviews which give this business a fraudulent reputation. The guy had to ask me as I'm walking out into the hot dry city if I would like something to drink and offered a soda, So I took him up on his offer and he gave me a nice chilled Pepsi. Which justifies everything...............................right? read more

I definitely recommend Celine's to anyone as their first option. The atmosphere is great. He made each experience a pleasure. I will be coming back here any time I need cash for gold or gift cards.
