I came in with a loose center diamond that needed a prong tightened, as well as a missing stone in my French pavé setting. I've had repairs done at another jewelry store before, and the process there took at least five times longer. The repair was completed quickly and professionally. They steamed the ring afterward, and although I chose to skip the buffing, my ring still came back looking fantastic. What impressed me most was that even though the store was extremely busy and I wasn't there to make a purchase, I never felt overlooked. I felt valued, cared for, and genuinely appreciated as a customer. Exceptional service like this is hard to find these days. My fiancé and I purchased my engagement ring and wedding band here and we had originally planned on purchasing his wedding band here as well. Unfortunately after multiple issues we have decided not to. Almost every time we visited the store, we felt as though the staff were uninterested and weren't paying close attention to what we were saying. Unfortunately, that lack of attention led to several problems throughout the process. When my engagement ring arrived, the size that had been ordered was not the size we received. On top of that the diamond was loose in the setting which meant another trip back to the store to have it tightened and corrected. Later, when we ordered my wedding band, I had a strong feeling that the order details had not been recorded correctly because the employee didn't seem to be listening to what we wanted. I specifically tried to confirm the details but we were assured that everything was correct. When we received the CAD design the setting wasn't what we had requested which I knew that would happen based on the experience in the store. We brought this up and were told that the CAD doesn't show the details correctly so we trusted their explanation. When the ring was finally completed it was exactly as shown in the CAD and not what we had originally requested which meant we had to leave it there to get fixed and yet another trip back to the store later on. The entire experience became exhausting and frustrating. When we later shopped for my fiancé's wedding band we were quoted one price in the store but when I followed up a few days later we were given a higher price. We definitely expected much more attention to detail, communication, and consistency. Sadly our experience was the opposite. read more
