While we were waiting for the repair, they offered us complimentary drinks, I made the offhanded remark that I was fine, unless there was a specific drink, knowing that there wasn't. However, with me even realizing, the manager sent one of the employees next door to the store to actually purchase the exact drink that I mentioned. He walked in 5 minutes later and handed me the drink. It was so thoughtful. I was very grateful. While in there I told my husband we should get him a new case and screen protector. Then we were told that the price for the screen replacement INCLUDED a new case and screen protector! (I had planned on purchasing one!)
