Both front and back cameras worked fine prior, it was just an aesthetic thing to change. After the back glass repair was completed (looked fine, no cracks) but a few day later trying to take a selfie photo or back way photo, it would not work, black and glitchy on the back and the front camera won't even recognize. Called Apple for help, now "both front and rear camera sensors are now faulty" - per Apple Diagnostics. So after spending 100+ dollars here, now I'll take it to Apple to spend more money. So they ordered a replacement phone which was used and had a degraded battery also and then wanted me to give them my old phone. when I said no, I was literally chased out of the store and the guy was shouting trying not to let me leave because he wanted my cell phone??? then they made me pay them $50 more to leave with my old phone. So I have now spent over $200 and I'm in a worse situation than before. plus it was a traumatic experience and I will file a formal complaint and take legal action.
