Cellairis kiosk at Mall of Georgia is located right in front of Pandora. I've been here many times for different issues I've had, and every time the service was excellent. I changed the broken screen from my old phone a couple times here until I decided to get a new phone. When I got a new phone I came to this place to buy a good case so I wouldn't have the same screen problem again. The lady attending the kiosk explained me a promotion they had called Cellairis Bundle. If I bought an specific type of case ($50) I was also gonna get a screen protector, free screen repairs for three years and coverage on the case and protector too. For $50 this is a great deal. I was hesitant at first but now it's about to be a year I've that case and it's just excellent. The case it's so pretty and it's literally unbreakable. I don't know how many times I've dropped my phone and it doesn't seem to have not even a scratch. My screen protector broke once so I had to use the bundle coverage, and everything went perfect. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM HERE AND SAVE YOUR TIME, MONEY, && the HASSLE! I am not one to leave a negative review but my experience with this process and the store manager, Melissa has been so bad that I could definitely say it was the worst customer service I have ever experienced... DO NOT GET YOUR CELL PHONE SCREEN OR BATTERY REPAIRED HERE! The screen repair and battery replacement process at this location is VERY misleading! This has been my THIRD time back due to the screen that they used to replace my Iphone 6s was very poor. The screen they used made the coloring of my screen darker and the main issue I had was the buttons not working when I texted a message. It took me 3 times to go back to the mall in a matter of 2 weeks because of this and the manager Melissa was VERY RUDE. She was very dismissive, hostile, and she would lie as well. She kept on blaming me for everything and made it such a hassle to do any kind of business with her. I would NEVER recommend this place to anybody and your Phone will NOT be the same so save your money and go to the apple store upstairs if you ever need a replacement of any kind because your phone will NOT be the same after it goes through Cellairis. She has no sense of customer service and will give you the run around on why she "can't" do certain things. Do NOT fall for the "90 day warranty" guarantee because the screens and batteries she uses is NOT of the same quality and all she is worried about is her business and how she can make money. Her response as to why she can't give me a refund is because the battery was already used and she wouldn't be able to use it again for her business (how is that MY fault though?!?!?!). I was NOT going to take a chance on going back to her a FOURTH time which was why I wanted a refund because obviously her products that she uses to repair the phones are of POOR quality. The Cellairis keyosk in front of Old Navy at the Mall of Georgia in Buford is amazing. I needed my iphone home button fixed. Apple quoted $250 and they needed the phone for most of the day. Morgan at this location was great. She got the repair done in less than 30 minutes and it only cost $40. The button works perfectly and the fingerprint function works like it was brand new! Can't say enough good things about Morgan and how well she explained the repair. Morgan also did a great job putting on the tempered glass ensuring there were no bubbles and it was on perfectly straight. If you need any repair done to your phone go to this Cellairis location and ask for Morgan! You won't be disappointed. read more

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE BY TECH!!!!! Technician extremely rude, unprofessional, and a liar. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE BY THE TECHNICIAN. I took my phone in for screen replacement. The first girl was nice at first because she wanted to get a sell. She informed me that there is a 90 day warranty, and if it breaks I can bring it back in. She also informed me that there might be an trial and error when replacing screens. So, I trusted her and told her to replace it. The phone seemed good just by looking at it, but when I took it home I notice that I couldn't hear anyone when speaking, I had to put the phone on speakers in order to talk. So, I called back in 2 days, and they told me to bring the phone back to the store. So I did. I first went to the upstairs store, the young lady was nice and respectful and informed me to go downstairs and visit the technician. That is when everything went wrong. The technician told me to have a physical receipt. Then she said she couldn't fix it today because they where to busy. I said okay, I'll leave the phone overnight. So, the technician looks at the phone again says she couldn't fix it because the had small crack (a small internal crack that I couldn't see unless you really zoom in to find). So I tired to tell here that I need the screen fix or replace but she said she will charge me again because of the small crack. She accused us of cracking the phone but that was not the case the screen was poorly installed the first. I was really pissed off but I kept my cool. HOW IN THE WORLD WILL A SMALL CRACK WILL PREVENT ME FROM HEARING THE OTHER CALLER!!!! THE SMALL CRACK WAS CAUSED BY THE SCREEN INSTALLATION. I had to call her manager. The manager helped me out. She convince the rude technician to fix my screen. When I received back my phone, again she was rude and disrespectful; calling me unprofessional, and that I got lucky that she fixed it. Wish I'd read Theo's review before coming here. Came last weekend on a time crunch. Was told no more than 30 minutes. Came back 40 minutes later, and the girl said she had to take the screen off, because the phone wouldn't vibrate. So, I waited for that while stressing over the time constraints I had that day. So once she fixed the screen, she handed it to some guy who was too busy talking to some girl that didn't work there. He finally paid attention to it, didn't run any checks, but told the girl she had cracked the screen while putting it back on. I was about to lose it. Told them I didn't have time to wait, and would have to drive the half hour back there to get it fixed at another time. So, I can see now my phone not only has the crack, but also won't vibrate while on silent. Awesome. I'm forced to go back there to get the screen fixed, and now there is a new problem. Steer clear of this place. For $96, take your money elsewhere. read more

Staff is rude anything refuses to get out the managers information so that I can contact try to resolve my situation. Be very careful shopping here (the kiosk at Mall of Georgia). I was distracted, making small talk with the guy at the counter as I picked out a cell phone case and plastic screen cover. He put the case on, put the plastic screen cover on and rung me up. I wasn't paying attention. I got home and looked at the receipt and it was $65.00. The phone case was rung up as 'Pop socket 35.00'. The plastic screen cover was 'Pop socket 25.00'. So basically the guy rung me up with random prices. Maybe the phone case was $35, but the single piece of plastic for $25.00 is insane. I was wearing a new Rolex so I guess the guy thought I was loaded and decided to horsef*ck me. Anyway, it's 2 days later and the plastic cover keeps falling off. read more

Absolute waste of money. I used to love them but they have fallen far from my grace. I spent a lot of money on a glass screen and a case. When I left I realized that the case was deformed. I went back to get a refund... no refund. Convenient they won't tell you this until you look at the receipt after you buy. Oh, and the glass screen protector I bought? They installed in incorrectly with a crack in it. It has spread across the entire screen. I have not dropped the phone at all. I came here about 2 days ago the customer service was amazing by far. I was helped by Spalding (I believe that was his name). He gave me a quote and was able to fix my horribly damaged I phone screen in about 20 minutes. He was very knowledgeable. Told me everything he was going to do and test. I highly recommend this place for any screen repair and screen protectors. I also got a glass screen protector and will definitely be back to get a phone case. read more

Really bad communication by staff. Run by teens from what I can see. Went to get my screen fixed. I asked about it and the guy told me it was $69 and it would take 20 mins. I thought perfect I was in a rush so that suited me perfectly. I came back and all of a sudden the price had jumped to $100??? Oh the guy said" I put tempered glass on your phone". But I didn't ask for that and when I asked the total price I expect to get the end total price not the basic price. He took $10 off for the mistake but I ended up paying $20 for a piece of plastic stuck on to my screen!! I should have refused to pay but I was already late for an appointment. After two days the "tempered glass" (plastic bs) was pealing off and catching dirt under, gross!! I think this place is a scam! My screen has not been right since they fixed it either it fades out to white and my phone crashes. Extremely bad service don't go it's not worth it even if they offer fast service!! read more

If I could give it no stars I would. This is the worst place for good customer service. They bring people in from corperate to help make the business better when in reality its hurting them. I recently witnessed someone from corperate completly disrespect a man because her phone call was more important. If your phone calls are more important than than the customers keeping your business alive you should have never left your office. The Product is expensive and frankly not worth the cost. You are better off looking on amazon. And please unless you are in high school never apply to work here. Its not worth the money the headache or the ridiculous expectations. Don't buy anything from the kiosk at the Mall of Georgia location. They actually have two that are evidently owned by the same female. Their return policy is horrible, and they don't care about your business. I purchased two screen savers and two cell phone cases from them total was about $140. Well one of the cases had a few minor issues where my cell phone charger was not compatible with the case. In order to charge my phone the case had to be removed. It seemed like a minor defect as the cases are "off brand." Well I kept my receipt looked at the return policy on the receipt and figured it was within the 7 day policy and the case was not ruined or anything so I thought I would just do an even exchange. Well to my surprise and dismay the "owner/manager"blatantly refused to exchange the phone case. She told me out right she was not exchanging it because she was able to charge my phone with her charger. She clearly told me she was the owner of both locations and she did not have to exchange the charger. She even told me if I continued to be rude she would call security and have me escorted out of the mall. As I was walking away I told her I would never ever do business with them again her comment to me was "yeah yeah yeah whatever." This was my first time buying a charger from a this company and it will be my last. Horrible service. If this rude lady is the owner God help her employees. It is also quite obvious that she doesn't know that bad word of mouth can do more damage than any good advertisement. read more

Avoid this place at all costs. I have bought two phone cases from this place in the past two years. Immediately the cases start to fall apart and are very poorly constructed! I went to take my case back after 8 days and they said 7 days is the max warranty on it. Glad to see they stand by their product. Would much rather buy an otter box than this piece of junk. Ignore the old reviews here and read the Google reviews for this place. Highly recommended. 100% satisfied customer here! I won't go anywhere else for cellphone repairs. The screen on my iPhone 6s was so damaged I had pieces of glass falling from it. I dropped it once again and got the dreaded lines of death going through my screen and my phone was unresponsive. I thought I lost everything (I'm not good about backing my phone up). Luckily Jen was able to fix everything. She is amazing!! She has so many good reviews on Google. I was pleased to know she would be working on my phone. It cost $90 for the new screen and to fix the LCD (don't really know what that is but apparently it was the cause of the lines) and she even gave me half off on a much needed phone case. If you come in through the entrance by Buffalo Wild Wings and make a right the stand is between Victoria's Secret and JCPENNEY, can't miss it. read more
