Dishonest and awful. Overall they have no accountability, lack of professional customer service,…read moregodawful diagnostics, and abysmal integrity. To be precise, my mother went in to have my brother's Switch repaired, which to anyone obvious it's a USBC-Port issue which Google claims UBreakiFix can in fact fix - they don't ask any questions, plug a chip into the device, claim it's the battery, then take the device. She paid 140, wasn't even called that the repairs were done, then after picked up and plugged in at home, the Switch still doesn't work. She calls, no refunds, they tell her they can't do USBC repairs, which is absolutely ridiculous. Instead of offering at least half the 'repair' price back or the entire thing free of charge since they didn't even fix the issue, they simply say 'no can do'. These guys could've at least tested after 'repair' that the battery was even the issue and gave a call and stated so, even directed us to another place that has people who do microsoldering to fix the issue, because the issue CAN be fixed - they either don't have anyone with the knowledge to do the repair or quite frankly, they enjoy ripping people off. Multiple negative reviews that exist about UBreak follow this trend, so our fault I guess, but DO NOT take your devices here if you want honest work done. These guys will rip you off; fail to fix the issue, do nothing, pretend to be courteous in a response to their negative review, and overall fail to make up for their shortcomings. DO NOT take your devices here.

If you value your time and need help with your computer and network, DO NOT call Alex or…read moreSpringsGeek. Stay away!! We scheduled a 9 am home visit for IT work almost one week in advance. I agreed to his price, and he knew what help we needed. Alex was a no-show. I was worried and called a few times. No reply back. I waited for a couple of hours in case there was a good reason and because I had waited several days to get this work done. I even called later in the afternoon to give him a chance to let me know what happened. Several calls into him without the courtesy of a return call. That all happened six days ago, so no excuses at this point. Meanwhile, I lost valuable time. And need to schedule someone legit to come out and help. Someone late who does not offer an apology does not return a call, does not bother to clean up his mess, and wastes your time (and money) is not worthy of your business or consideration. Meanwhile, there are a couple of legit computer experts with professional approaches to helping others and earning their fees. Alex P. from SpringGeek is not one of those people. Call Compu10 or Techno Guy Computer. Anyone but Alex and SpringsGeek. Or even buy a new computer, because it is gotta be better than waiting for Alex to no-show! Stay away from this bush league operator.

After visiting several other places, including the Verizon Store, where they told me it wasn't practical to replace my fading battery (they tried hard to upsell me to get a new phone), a kind person at Batteries+ (where they didn't have a battery to fit my phone) recommended this store. Easy in, easy out with a new battery. This will be my first stop from now on.

I dropped off two laptops, one with a cracked case and a broken charging port. The other was freezing up and crashing. I got the crashing laptop back in about three days. It lasted about an hour before it began bluescreening again. I took it back. Three weeks later, I get a call saying they still can't fix it, but they need more money to basically take a wild guess. I should have known something was up when they started quoting exorbitant rates, but a massive discount if I just signed up for their insurance program. These guys aren't there to fix your stuff, their primary job is to sell that useless insurance. I ended up paying nearly $200.00 to pick up two laptops in exactly the same condition I left them. They can do simple repairs, but most of their tech expertise is clever illusion.
