Helpful, down to earth, and easy going staff with high service standards. The service has been great. I had a bit of misfortune and dropped my phone right on the screen, completely destroying it. Upon recommendation, I looked up the store and asked a question through Yelp on a Sunday morning. Thinking of regular business hours for most places, I was expecting a response by Monday sometime after the store was opened. Shelly responded to my question within 15 minutes. There was back and forth communication and she responded extremely fast. She was not working that day, but found they had my screen in stock and when they opened, Andrew would be expecting me. The reason I didn't give a 5 star review was because of the time it took to get my phone back. Andrew got my phone done that afternoon, but there was a malfunction with the screen and it didn't work completely. Andrew offered for me to take the phone and bring it back when they got another screen delivered, as that was the only screen for my phone they had. I left it at the store and Andrew said he would keep in touch. Andrew did a great job at keeping me in the loop with the process. There were some problems with getting a new screen in. When it finally arrived, Shelly personally took care of my phone and let me know as soon as it was done. When I went to pick it up, it was a great experience. Shelly is very personable and makes it a light-hearted experience. She apologized for the time it took to get my phone repaired and understood the frustrations that it caused. I have a work and personal phone so it wasn't the biggest inconvenience to me, but since the offer to get the phone and use it until the new screen came in was on the table, it wouldn't have been terrible. Shelly and her team were wonderful throughout the process and if I ever have another incident with a phone, I would definitely bring it back to Cellairis. read more

FAULTY PRODUCT. If you have an iPhone 6 (idk about the 6 plus) do NOT get your screen replaced here. I had my screen replaced twice. The first time everything seemed fine, then I found that Siri wasn't working and nobody could hear me on speakerphone conversations. After research I found a forum suggesting improper placement of an adhesive strip where the microphone for Siri and speakerphone conversations is. This wrongful placement of adhesive was done by the MANUFACTURER of the replacement screen. All that was done to rectify this issue was the technician removed the adhesive with complete disregard for the adhesives purpose...rather than re-aligning the adhesive or finding a replacement screen that didn't need to have the adhesive re-aligned. Management was notified and I was offered a 50% discount to have it replaced again. WHAT??! That's bananas! This store doesn't care for the quality of product they sell and very clearly doesn't care for its customers or reputation. read more

My phone was working beautifully, but a tragic accident caused a shattered screen. However the phone still worked without error. I brought it in for repair, and was told I had to wait a week for supplies to come in (ok understandable). I agreed, we paid up front and went home waiting. Finally returned to have the phone fixed (after no contact to let us know for sure stuff did come in) When repairing my screen, something went wrong so that the phone itself doesn't even stay on for more than 1 minute. We were warned that something like this COULD happen with a fix and that there was a warranty for a certain amount of days that we could return to have it checked. When returning the phone to them under their warranty, they sent me home saying i'd need to come back the NEXT day as they needed the manager. We came the next day and they THEN kept my phone for an additional 2 days without contacting me about it (had my fiance's phone # and were supposed to call when they were finished/had information on the problem). We finally drove down to find out what was going on with it or at least get an update. At this point they tried to tell me it's a "known issue with my phone type".. (meaning they were just not going to let me know and keep my phone for how long??) My phone was working 100% without error when brought to this store, I merely got it repaired for aesthetics and to prevent water damage from occurring There was literally NO running issues on this phone, and when handing the phone back to me I was warned that this could happen from the Screen replacement they did.. and now i'm being told a different story after lack of contact for days. Will NEVER be returning to these people. I have been completely ripped off. My phone is how I run my business most days. I am self employed. this was a huge expense for me, and Now i'm worse off than when I showed UP at their store. I will definitely be spreading the word all over. Do not go to this store. read more

Shelly the store manager was great! I had a warranty issue with a Home button on my iPad from the other store on 8th street that needed handled. However, they were not open, so I called this store to see if they would honor fixing it at a different location. Shelly said they don't usually do that, but told me to go ahead and bring it in and they would look at it anyway. My Iphone's battery had been dying for a few months and completely shut off for a few days. I knew I needed a new battery. I wanted to get it fixed quick so I called around to a few stores. I was directed to Cellairis inside Walmart on Woodmen. Jeremiah was extremely quick and had me out of the door in no time. My phone was plugged in over night and still did not turn on. I called Cellairis the next day when they opened and spoke with John. He had me drop the phone off and explained that sometimes the batteries they install are sent to them dead. I dropped my phone off and he installed the new battery and conducted a test to make sure there was no other issues with the phone. My first experience with Cellairis was great: I gave them 5 stars. Now, a few months later it seems the company has totally changed. I needed a new speaker for the same phone for which I gave them 5 stars: Samsung Note 2. I brought it in and they said they'd have to order the parts. No problem. I pre-paid for the parts. They indicated it would be a few days to a week for the parts to come in and they'd give me a call when they did. Now its going on 3 weeks. No call, no nothing. I've tried to call (about 15 times and counting) and the line is always busy - like someones taken the phone off the hook. I even called from multiple phone thinking maybe my phone was at fault. I next got on-line. They have a chat feature so I used that. Gave the information and the message that "I was next in the queue and someone would be with me shortly" ran in an infinite loop for about 20+ minutes. At this point I'm feeling like maybe the company is out of business or something? I have no way to get in touch with them and they have $25 of mine that they said they spent on parts. I just can't believe the great customer service turned to excrement in just a few months. read more

New update: so last month I was extremely happy with the fact that they fixed my phone after the 4th time of going in. This morning I dropped the phone and of course cracked my screen. I thought to myself, okay no biggie it's just the screen protector so I'll take it off and put a new one (that was the whole reason I bought one from them in the first place)...guess what my phone didn't have...the freaking screen protector that I bought from them. My stupid self never noticed that they didn't put it back on after their constant having to fix the screen so now once again I have a broken screen which could have possibly been prevented had my screen protector been out back on but of course that didn't happen. This is like the 6th X I've had an issue with them and this is the final straw. And I'm still waiting on some other piece they need to put in because they messed it up last time but everytime I've called about it I've been told they don't have it. I'm done. I will never come back here or recommend this place again. I know it's not their fault I broke my screen but having the screen protector on that I bought and paid for from them might have helped. I'm pissed and I won't be back. Chance after chance and I'm done. Update: so today I tried to skype with my mom and found out that my front facing camera was not working. Ugh! Me = really mad. Right? Welllllll there is a Silver Lining to this update. I called and I talked to Andy(?) He told me to bring it in and no matter what we would figure something out. So I did. I had the best experience with him. Seriously he is freaking awesome!! He fixed everything except 1 thing which he said he would fix just had to get the part in and gave me his word it would be fixed. They told me I was still under warranty since it had only been a few days and told me they had to order the part, great no problem. I brought my phone back in today to get it fixed and when I came back not only could they not get the screen to completely set in so that it was all flush but now if you look at the side of my phone you can see an open gap. I'm also apparently missing a screw from the bottom which they said could have happened when it was fixed prior but that if they found another one they would let me know. -sigh- I was really happy with their initial work but I'm bummed that now phone does look messed up if it's not in a case. So I bought their bundle program a while back where you get a case and screen protector and they replace them when broken for the life of the phone. Well sure enough I broke both the case and the screen cover in the same week. Took everything in to Ryan and sure enough brand new case and brand new screen protector. It did take a little while because it was the first time he had done one but he kept me informed of the progress and even brought me my phone when it went off to see if it was anything urgent I needed to respond to. All in all a very good experience and definitely worth the money to have such easy replacements. Will definitely get this plan again for future phones as well. read more

I spent $125.99 to get my wife's iPad mini fixed back in September, they told me it would take about a day. It is now the middle of December and only after threatening that I would need a refund did they magically get it fixed within 24 hours. I had to call about a half a dozen times each time with a promise to get a call back and never got one this includes the manager. Never got an update as to why there are delays. The whole process was very frustrating. I expected some kind of discount but did not demand it. The manager Shelley did a very unprofessional job of making this right for me. I got a quote for $70 for a cracked screen on an iPhone 4s. I got there, and should have left when the hours on the closed gate stated 10am-7pm and it was only 3:45. A Walmart employee told me someone would be back. When they finally reopened more than 3 minutes later, the guy tried to charge me $100. I was going to leave, and really wish I had, when he changed the final price to $82 and change. I was holding a phone I couldn't use, so I left my phone there, asked the guy to email me (since I didn't have a phone for him to call me on) if all was well and I could pick up the next morning. We verbally agreed that the earliest they open was 10am. I got an email later that night saying we were all set for pickup any time after 10 am in the morning. I got there 10:45 and the gate was closed AGAIN. I had somewhere to be, so my mother called the store number. No answer for hours. I finally got a hold of someone from my friend's phone around 2:30 pm. I stopped to get gas using my debit card on the way over. Used the same debit card to pay the $82 and change when I got to Cellairis, and the guy told me the chip reader wasn't working and he had to manually run my card. Then he told me it wasn't going through and he would try running it again. He assured me it hadn't gone through the first time. After the second "try", he said it wasn't going through and I'd have to pay cash before I could leave the store, unless I had another card to "try". I asked him to call the merchant, and he said he didn't even know how to do that. I asked him to call SOMEONE, and he called the owner a few times (at least he said he did). After the owner couldn't be bothered to answer or call back, I called MY bank in front of the guy, and noticed my account was lower than I knew it should be. I got an agent to tell me my last 3 transactions, and TWO of them were $82 and change to CELLAIRIS. The bank agent told me not to pay this guy cash, and said she'd mark the transactions as cancelled, but to check my account in case they went through. When I told the guy behind the counter at Cellairis, he was only concerned with getting payment. He said I'd need cash. I should have just walked out, but I had spoken to the bank, and the agent said she'd cancelled the transactions. The guy promised it had just been a glitch and he'd been "processing cards manually for weeks now". When I asked him why the card/chip reader hadn't been fixed for WEEKS apparently, he said that in 2019 the owner expected to get a new POS system, and felt no need in fixing the card reader until whenever that would be!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So I bought something at Walmart, got cash back, and paid that miserable company. Well, I just had to call my bank back, because the transactions DID go through. Because Cellairis ACCEPTED the fraudulent payments. And now I have to go through the process of contending the "purchases". If Cellairis continues to claim the payments are appropriate purchases, I will have to show my receipt to show I paid cash, and then hope they believe I only needed to have ONE iPhone screen fixed in a 24 hour period instead of 3. Never go here. They are unprofessional. The owners seem miserly and disinterested in their customers, and their employees are either incapable, or criminals. read more

My mom broke her screen a few months ago and took it here to have it replaced. They did a great job and everything seemed fine, but just a few weeks later she noticed a small crack and then it shattered from there. Again, she took it to them and but this time paid extra for the insurance and case, etc. We all just figured it was her fault for breaking it again, but recently I shattered my phone screen for the first time ever and took it to the same place to have it replaced. Again, aside from a few possible glitches every now and then, it seemed fine. But after about a week, I noticed a small chip in the center of the screen even though I hadn't dropped it or anything. I figured it was just a scratch and wouldn't spread, but I would just be extra careful with it just in case. I kept it in a zipped pocket and after just a few hours, the scratch had spread to a large crack across the whole screen. I brought it in because there is no way this was my fault (I've had an iPhone for 5 years and have never had any problem with keeping them safely zipped in a pocket) so I thought their 90 day warranty should cover it. They were not willing to admit that the screens they used were not the same quality as the originals on the phones and would not give me the refund for my repair. Very angry with them and no one in my family will be bringing our phones there ever again. Not a coincidence that my mom's and my phone both rebroke after having it repaired here. read more
