While I was there, I also asked about car battery costs, and the staff took their time to explain the different options available. They were extremely knowledgeable, patient and happy to answer all of my questions. What stood out the most was that I never felt rushed. The staff took the time to explain everything clearly and even offered to check my car battery. I didn't have enough time that day, so I decided to skip the battery check, but I truly appreciated the offer. It's refreshing to find a business that values its customers and takes the time to provide honest, and helpful information. I will definitely be back next time I need battery service. Highly recommend them to others.

I think this would be a good place to go if you needed a speciality battery or device. Service seems slow. On one hand, you could say each customer gets plenty of individualized time -- on the other, you're waiting in line and waiting and waiting and waiting and waiting, even just to check out. So I would come here if I needed a special battery, but if I needed standard batteries, I'd probably just go to Walgreens or Amazon.

It lasted about an hour before it began bluescreening again. I took it back. Three weeks later, I get a call saying they still can't fix it, but they need more money to basically take a wild guess. I should have known something was up when they started quoting exorbitant rates, but a massive discount if I just signed up for their insurance program. These guys aren't there to fix your stuff, their primary job is to sell that useless insurance. I ended up paying nearly $200.00 to pick up two laptops in exactly the same condition I left them. They can do simple repairs, but most of their tech expertise is clever illusion.

I brought it to the Apple Store hoping for real diagnostics and guidance. Instead, the Genius I worked with, Matthew, attempted a revive (which didn't work) and then guessed that it was the display, quoting me $600 to fix it -- without confirming that was actually the issue. When I expressed frustration that a $1,500 laptop failed this quickly, I was told, "The laptop doesn't know how much you paid for it." That response felt dismissive and unprofessional, especially for a company that markets itself as premium. I didn't expect miracles, but I did expect empathy and clear answers. Instead, I walked out feeling like my concerns didn't matter and that repairing the device wasn't worth Apple's time. For a brand built on customer experience, this was a huge letdown.
