Recently got my iphone 7 plus screen fixed. It was $150 which was pretty typical when I was looking for prices online. Had my screen fixed in about an hour. A couple days later I realized my earpiece was no longer working. I took it back and they told me the tech who fixed it noted that everything was working when he tested it. (his test for the speaker/earpiece was calling the store phone, holding both phones to his ear at the same time and saying 'hello' a few times.) So they charged me *just for the part* to fix it. They didn't have the part and had to order it. A couple days and $30 later I should have just gone to Apple or any other cellphone screen repair service that would have fixed the part they broke for free. read more

Excellent example of a business owner investing too much in Google ad services only to bring new customers to his table and not do business with them when they arrive. The poor owner Jacob appears to have some very serious anger issues. His store's motto is "we'll buy your iPhone on the spot". He left me 3 times to sell $5-$10 iPhone cases in the middle of our sale. Lol. I have two business lines and two iPhones. I need one. The phone I offered was brand-new in the box and had the receipt from AT&T for god sake, $749.99. Can't return it to AT&T obviously. So his prerequisites for making me an offer to buy were taking a walk to see his buddy at T-Mobile to make sure my phone is not stolen. Lol. Passed. Then he has to call AT&T and make sure it "really is an AT&T phone and not fake AT&T" and that I "really am it's AT&T customer" holding its account. He dials 611 from the phone...unbelievably, AT&T answers. He goes "yep, uh huh, yep, ok. Great thanks!" Then turns to me and says: "you're not the account holder, and AT&T advises me to not do business with you." Bahahaha. Is this guy deliberately trying to destroy his business? I seriously looked him in the eyes and told him he lied. I couldn't believe it. So awkward, I almost felt violated. Best of luck Jordan...seriously go grab a cocktail or Valium and leave the people skills to your charismatic employees. read more

*The following is an update from my last review, I think this is pretty important to know! The owner of the Cellairis kiosk literally just called my husband and CONFRONTED him about our review. Like a regular high school bully. This is an OWNER of a BUSINESS?? Please, think twice about bringing your phone here, I've never experienced something so absolutely ridiculous!! Absolutely horrible. I'm seeing most people get good service here, but we certainly did NOT. I brought in my cell phone for a broken screen to get fixed. The tech there, Joel, completely took apart my whole phone and broke the back and more. While we were waiting (over 2 hours!) we came back to him watching a video online about the phone because "he's never fixed one of these phones before". Also after waiting two hours for him to fix just the screen, he proceeds to tell us "oh by the way, you're gonna need a digitizer. Which you can only order online. Most times when people break their screens they break the digitizer too." Gee, Joel, thanks for telling us that BEFORE we had any service done with you. When we came back to pick up the phone, it was in many, many pieces and a couple of them broken by Joel. It's my work phone for on-call, so he left me completely screwed. We went to another place to get all this mess fixed, which they did, thankfully. I contacted Cellairis' corporate office, hoping they would offer to remedy the problem and do something about it.. But they pretty much acted like they didn't believe us and offered to replace the back of the phone. That's it. Horrible work, horrible customer service. Not even an apology. read more

Absolute worst experience. Called the main number to set up an appointment, however once at the ridgedale kiosk no one was there. 30 minutes later I was notified that they didn't have the correct iPhone screens at that location. Clearly, there is a disconnect between corporate and the store locations as neither parties know what is going on. You're better off to go to the Apple Store or a smaller businesses. read more

They barely made eye contact when we asked for update about our I pad fix. They have cheap prices but that is about it.

The best experience ever!!!! I had water damage to my phone and had to change out the screen and the button. Changed the screen out and the button. It was challenging with the water damage and Ty would not give up! My phone is perfect! I was traveling and needed it fixed quickly and Ty got the job done! Horrible experience. I recently bought a screen protector here for $32- it wasn't on my phone for more than a few hours before it cracked. My phone sat on my desk for that time- it wasn't dropped, hit, kicked, etc. When I went to return it with my receipt in hand, the employee refused to take it back, stating it was broken. I explained that it broke after only a few hours, which was why I was returning it, and I reiterated the return policy on my receipt, which was: 1. Item must be returned within 14 days of purchase, 2. With original receipt I met both of these qualifications, yet still they refused. I asked him to call his manager; his manager refused, stating that it was a "consumable" and therefore not returnable, even given the fact that it broke basically right out of the package. Poor quality, high prices, awful customer service. By the way, I found an identical protector on Amazon for $7.99 and a few days later, it's still in pristine condition.... for those keeping track, that's about 20 times longer and 4 times less expensive than this place. UPDATED: You stated three times that you were not going to be able to process my return; I had heard enough. I understand your return policy, but when I am telling you that your product broke a few hours out of the package with no impact whatsoever, I imagine you would want to stand behind your product and at the very least, immediately offer me a replacement. As it was, your kiosk employee told me (after speaking with you) the best you could do was give me a replacement for an additional $10. I am proud to support local businesses, but when the customer service is as appalling as this, I will take my business elsewhere. read more

Worst experience ever!!! I'm still reeling in on what happened, I went there for a cracked screen and they gave me back my phone being in worker condition then before, yes the screen was fixed I had to make 3 trips to get my phone back to how it was and on top of that they went through my personal Snapchat account and opened snaps that were sent to me. Who does that? Stick with Apple I will never go to any of their shops whether it be Moa or ridgedale. read more
