I'm never making the mistake of coming to Cellairis again. And I'm not just being a salty customer here, it literally took them a week to do what could have been accomplished in an hour (thanks, iPhones and More). I got a refund from them that I'm still waiting on and took my business elsewhere. I dropped off my iPad on a Wednesday with just a damaged screen, and I was told that they would get it fixed by Thursday. Super cool. So I pay, and I come back Thursday, and surprise surprise! The screen they had was defective! They were going t have someone bring up stock from their Chattanooga store. Fine. I was going to a convention over the weekend and i would have liked my stuff for communication and handling my work, but that's fine. FOUR days pass, and I roll up to the mall on Monday, completely expecting them to have taken care of me by then, only to find out that they hadn't even touched my iPad at all! What the heck? According to the person staffed at the time, "extenuating circumstances" kept the repair person from ever coming up. Well, why aren't there more people free to do it? Why couldn't you have sent it somewhere else to get it fixed? Why was my time or my money not a priority for you? And the worst part was that the shopkeeper couldn't even give me an estimate on when it would be done. Yeah, no. So instead of letting them keep my iPad for a seventh day, I took my $110 back ( I guess, if they ever decide to send it) and took my business elsewhere, where I got the job done in a hour like they should have a week ago. I can't believe this used to be a place I respected in Murfreesboro, and let this be a fair warning to everyone else who decides to bring your broken devices there. Even if it is my fault for having it break in the first place, I paid for fast and reliable service from a friendly staff and I got none of that, and while my business continued to not be a priority for them, they made off with my money while my performance suffered at work, school, and home because I couldn't manage my day effectively. The other review on here is from the guy who works there! He is the same guy who attempted to repair my cracked iPhone 5s screen. They use cheep after market screens that DO NOT FIT CORRECTLY. He broke three screens replacing mine. He also bent the corner of my phone trying to seat the junk screens. We thought it was fine when the first screen was installed but he had left the screws out! My original Apple screws would not stay in with this new crap screen so he brought out another one, the screws wouldn't hold in that one either so when he went to remove this third screen a piece snapped off. I had him put my original broken Apple screen back on and refund our money. This should have been a quick trip but we waited 5 hours in the mall. Now I see that John has reviewed his own work on yelp, because no real customers have anything good to say about his "skills". I am just hoping I made it out of there with ALL of my original parts. IPad Mini screen was repaired with faulty screen that cracked when the device was picked up during normal usage. I had my iPad mini repaired at the Stones River Mall Cellairis location in Murfreesboro, TN due to a cracked screen on September 24the of this year. I was told that it was best for them to keep the device overnight on the clamps in order to better ensure the screen was firmly set. On October 29th, my device was lying on the table with the screen in perfect condition when I picked it up, the screen made a small pop sound and cracked on the corner. It was not dropped or mishandled. When I took the device back to the Cellairis location that did the screen repair,the manager said they could not fix it under any warranty because the screen was cracked even though my complaint was that the screen cracked in just over a month of having a new screen put on the device by them. I was told I could contact customer care with my complaint. I emailed them and receive a response from a customer service representative that the location has stated they would be willing to offer the screen repair for a reduced price of $89.99. I already paid $164.61 for the initial screen replacement. I advised the customer services representative that I was not willing to pay for another screen replacement when the first screen cracked due to no fault of my own and no misuse to the device. It was several days before I heard back from customer services representative in which she stated that she was still working on the issue. I received a phone call from customer services representative on November 17th while I was at work and I called her back on November 17th and again on November 18th. I left two messages, but she has not returned my call and I have received no further emails regarding the issue. read more

Do not use them for an Apple product. Their screen replacement got glass behind the home button and when they replaced the home button, Apple locked my phone. Disaster. Been without my phone for 48 hours already and cannot get anyone with authority to contact me or do anything! read more
