I had to go back and pay the difference for an "Apple" screen which wasn't really Apple. The screen became pixelated, had a spot on the corner that blew then gave a black and green screen only 2 months later. It was supposedly under a 4 month warranty but the lady refused to touch it, fix it, take off the screen or replace it under warranty. She said it was damaged but could not prove any damage as there was no damage! The problem was their rip off "Apple" screen that they installed. She offered a "deal" to replace it. Ha! Go elsewhere that's honest.

Diagnosis: Glass cover shattered, case cracked. I advised that I wanted to replace the glass cover and I wanted a new case and she again went right to work. Removed the shattered glass protector (whew) no broken phone screen! Then we chose a tough exterior cover. The tech replaced the glass protector, attached the new phone case and we were on our way.
