By far the worst customer service I've ever had. I walked in this store with high hopes of getting my phone fixed at a reasonable price. I walk in to employees on their phones and unwelcoming to customers, whatever no big deal I thought but then I approach the counter and what happened next was absolutely unforgivable. (I was wearing a Dragon Ball Z shirt and for those who don't know is an anime) when I asked how much it would be to fix my cracked screen the young lady looked me dead in my eyes and very snarky said "you should know how to fix this don't you think?" and looks at my shirt. Went to fix a cracked screen. Not only were they not able to fixed my iPhone 7 plus they short circuited my phone and as well as the speaker so I could not hear phone calls. Wasted 2 hours for nothing and ended up with a more messed up phone Run far away from this place read more

I Wish I could give less stars!! I would have rather flushed 230$ down the toilet, than to have used this sad excuse of a service. In was told that I had a warranty, and that's what differentiates them from their competitors. What I wasn't told is all the strings attatched to the warranty. They use cheap products to maximize profits, and rely on false advertising to make ends meet. I had my phone repaired here 2 weeks ago, and the LED has just burnt out due to manufacturer defects. The owner was very rude, DO NOT USE THEM UNLESS YOU WANT TO WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! Their competitors offer better deals, and their products are superior to this pos company!!!! read more

I should have read the review above before I took my phone in. I took my iPhone in for a bad LCD, which is just a blank black screen because I dropped my phone. The next day after repairs, I realized I couldn't use my flashlights or the back camera, or even hear phone calls. So I took it back in since they had repair guarantees, only for them to tell me there was nothing they could do and I should force restart it. Unbelievable. Went in with a cracked screen, got back an un-operational phone with an overheating battery and blown external speakers, and no ability to hear a phone call... like at all. Still waiting for their "corporate" offices to respond to what is now not 1 but 2 voicemails and an email. They have a "repair guarantee" on their live website that says there is no charge if the repairs are not satisfactory yet when I mentioned this "guarantee", they wanted to put my old screen back on instead of rectifying their mistakes. Worst experience ever. Seriously. EVER. And I've had some really crap experiences places... this one most definitely wins the worst ever shameful EPIC FAIL award. read more

DO NOT USE THIS PLACE! I have had my iPhone more than 6 years and have never cracked my screen...until I did. Saw Cellaris in NS Mall while shopping and decided to get it fixed. Clue #1. The kiosk two stalls down had a line of people waiting for repair. Cellaris, no one. Stupid me. I went ahead with the $43 fix and when I returned, the guy fixed it and offered me a tempered glass add on which he said would give me a 6 month warranty. I asked him if there was a warranty on the one he just placed on and he said yes, 90 days. I thought, fair enough. This will last until the new iPhone comes out. WRONG. IT LASTED 6 days. I don't even recall dropping it!! This morning I just caught a glimpse of a crack and by this afternoon it has tripled in size. It was not there last night. Took it back and sure enough, they had a "canned response" like they already know how to defend their inferior product before you even say anything. They said only the LED is covered for defects. Wtf?? The guy even tried to help me figure out who in my home might have dropped it?! If I had dropped it, I would have said so. However, I would STILL expect the screen to withstand greater than 7 days and one non-memorable "drop" Pathetic. read more

Beware of their return policy. I had my phone fixed there as well as bought a case and screen protector, and a few weeks later I dropped my phone while shopping and my screen shattered again. I knew this was a terrible screen because it took me two years before my screen actually shattered the first time. Since I was in the 60 repair policy I went back (with my receipt) and the girl said that they only fix the LCD of the phone and everyone who works there makes it a point to say this to every customer. I never heard the word LCD mentioned to me when fixing my phone only when I asked if they were able to fix the bleeding affect of my screen before I forfeited it. So I paid $130 for my screen to be fixed for less than a month and I can't get my money back or have them fix their terrible product. All I was offered was a lower rate to fix it again?! Never going there again I advise against it or get in writing that their policy only covers LCD because even though my receipt says repairs, they won't do it read more
