Upon talking to Juan, he told me that the best way to use my phone internationally was the international day pass at $10 a phone for the first phone and an additional five dollars for the next phone. Apparently AT&T doesn't have any other type of international plan. On to my monthly phone plan, I had noticed a new totally unlimited plan (unlimited premium) that with no data caps. When I asked Juan about better plans he said the plan that I had was the best that I could do upon showing him that when I looked up the plans on my phone there was a plan that said it was $20 cheaper than my current plan. So he said well with all the taxes and everything it will end up being about the same as what you're paying now. This causes me to scratch my head. It says it's $20 cheaper than what I have now and it's completely unlimited. So, wouldn't this be a better plan for me? I didn't want to be rude and ask to speak to someone else, but I really did consider it. It makes me think that these people aren't after my best interest and maybe this guy isn't very knowledgeable.

Today, I went into the same store - from which I purchased new iPhones, cases, and screen protectors - fully expecting them to honor the LIFETIME warranty on the cases and screen protectors. THEY DIDN'T! Speaking to David - the Store Manager, he informed me AT&T had "changed their policy" wherein they no longer carried the product and honored neither the screen protectors nor the case, THEY HAD SOLD ME! (Verizon would have done it!). I was flabbergasted. I tried very hard to stay composed but in the end, I walked out without any services provided. JUST ANOTHER EXAMPLE OF GETTING SCREWED BY AT&T.

Unfortunately they didn't have the color I wanted, but I'm putting a case on it anyway so it's not going to be seen. I went with the iPhone 16 Pro, because the Max was too big. This one is a smidge smaller than the 11 pro max, but it's very light and easy to hold. The sound and picture quality are great. Overall I'm pretty satisfied with my experience at this store.

I recently had Cellairis replace the screen of my broken iPhone…read more I am a single parent, and I have two young autistic children that I care for myself. With the Coronavirus going around, it is difficult, if not impossible to take them into any business. Fortunately, Cellairis was willing to come to my house to do the screen replacement. The individual from Cellairis came to my house after normal business hours and replaced my screen while sitting in his car. And the charge was the same as if I had brought it to the store. Within 15 minutes, I had a new screen. And the technician even put a screen protector on my phone. There was no extra charge for this or for the house call. I offered more than the fee requested as a tip for the great service, but the technician refused it. Only after I insisted and suggested he use the money to go have some beers with his co-workers did he accept the extra money. I use my phone to stay connected to the outside world and use it to order take-out food, groceries, and any other supplies for the house. I was very pleased they were able to come to my house the same evening I contacted them. Hopefully I don't have a problem like this again, but if I do, I will not hesitate to contact Cellairis again.

Quality service and good people, at this store and on their customer service line…read more I'm a new customer. I'm actually an ATT customer with an iPhone but I had to get a phone for my old mom. I bought a phone that was a good fit for my mom, and I liked a plan TMobile had, but there was a problem. The new phone was locked into some sort of marketing bundle with Walmart and they couldn't activate it. So I had to buy a different phone that was compatible. I will return the other phone to Walmart. It took awhile but it was resolved. And the guy who helped me, Rolando Vela, was 5-star perfect; patient, knowledgeable, understanding, helpful - and I mean he went above and being, and he was truthful and realistic. Rolando is a person you want to do business with, regardless of profession or industry because he knows his stuff, gives extra effort, and he's genuine and personable. I had a unique situation trying to activate a phone for my mom, and He didn't try to up sell me. He did show me what I would pay if I switched from ATT, but It was presented more as an FYI, than a "you should switch" pressured sale. Ultimately. I'm happy.
