Great service, I took my phone in for repair it took him about an hour to fix it while I did some shopping at the Walmart. However after I left the store I realized that there was a white spot on the screen but didn't bother me much but after a couple of weeks I took the phone back there to see what was the cause he actually changed the screen and replaced with another new one but we figured out it was the body of the phone that was causing the white spot on the screen. Very professional gentleman and acknowledged about his business. I wish him all the best and well being. read more

After using their service, would advise caution. Their customer service and attitude was amazing and comforting throughout this whole exchange to be fair. Was very excited to use them at first and hopeful. We first tried to see if they could fix the phone due to water damage and saw that they couldn't. After that we asked if it was possible to just extract the data off our phone. They insisted that it would have to be sent to a specialist and that it could be done and that if not, we would be charged a service fee and the rest refunded. We had limited time to get this accomplished and wasn't sure to get the service provided based on the fact that we are in the military and stationed in Germany. Was insured that our phone would be mailed out to family members who would then mail it out to us. After a month I had to get my brother to go back to the same store to retrieve my wife phone. After the phone was sent to us it worked during WiFi but that's all. Also it did not have any data on it. I spent the next month trying to get a refund while at the same time having to buy a new phone for the wife. Was told to keep checking back but never received any type of email or message at any time during this whole encounter. Never received the refund due to the fact you have to sign a very long waiver which I will admit is air tight which is why my bank refunded their money after I tried to fight to get our money back. Worst experience ever! Would leave no stars if possible! We took in a phone for a screen repair July 10th. It took over a week for us to get our phone back only to find the camera was no longer working and the phone kept glitching. We returned the phone and were told it would be fixed. Every time we called to check on the status they claimed to still be working on it. WEEKS later we stopped by asking for the phone back only to be told it was not at the store but was done and if we waited 30 minutes they would bring it to us. That never happened. We finally got the phone back 7 weeks later only to still not be working! No one in "authority" was ever available to help us after multiple calls and visits to the store we asked for a refund. The customer service only got worse!! Today we finally cut our losses and received a partial refund and NO phone! DO NOT take any of your devices to this company for repairs! read more

Dropped off my iPhone and was told to come back in an hour, that's when it will be ready. The lady stressed all repairs done in under an hour. I went back in an hour and my phone was sitting there untouched. She gave me two different excuses as to why she was running late and proceeded to work on my phone. I was quoted $20 above the posted online price for two ipad screen repairs. When going to pick them up, the store clerks showed up 20 minutes after posted business hours smelling like ash trays. I had gone grocery shopping before, so was looking forward to my milk spoiling in the Texas heat.... When I got home, I realized my black ipad was actually white and the pin wouldn't work. I tried calling the store several times - no answer. I went back to the store with four small children during nap time (yay!) to figure out what happened. The store clerks promptly tried to convince me I just needed to hard restart the ipad and reset my pin - or go to Apple to figure it out. Fortunately, I didn't leave and they called another customer that had gotten his ipad repaired at the same time. He was close enough and available that he could come to the store right then and turns out, we had each other's ipads. I was furious my property had been given to someone else so freely. Before leaving, I checked out the quality of the second ipad's repair and realized there were air bubbles under the brand new screen. They managed to re-do it while I stood there and apologized for the whole experience, but needless to say, I won't be going back. read more

This is an updated review. I received a call from Andrew who wanted to correct the issues I had with my experience. The special that was communicated to me by corporate was not still going on at this store, but wasn't updated in the corporate office data. I would say to whomever is looking to use Cellairis, make sure you talk to someone at the store to confirm specials, prices, etc. Also, the Total Protection Plan warranty is not included in the repair as implied by a representative on the phone, but is offered extra for a little less than the price of repair. I decided not to purchase the plan, but the repair comes with a 90-day warranty. A new sales associate didn't have the correct information on the warranty, but Andrew clarified this for me. Repair took an hour and a half but the screen was brand new and functional. They check everything to make sure there are no issues. Overall, it's a good value for the price and the store cares about your experience. I would give it 5 stars if not for the miscommunication between the corporate office and the store, and if he sales associate had more knowledge on the store policy. read more
