Garbage crooks bent my phone and when I wanted them to change it back to my broken screen they wanted to charge me to fix it back. The idiot manager some foreign shady crook said he has to pay his lady hourly like that matters to me one bit. Took my phone in on dec 15 to get my front screen and back glass replaced and to get a new case cost me $300 in total on dec 18 phone fell off my clip in its case and shattered the back glass took it in same day and they wanted to charge me another $75 to fix it although the recipe says 7 days exchange I do not recommend going to these guys they do a horrible job read more

Huge ripe off. Don't waste your time or your money. If I could give them 0 stars I would. I have been a very loyal customer for a very long time buying my phone cases here. october 31st I dropped a heavy piece on my phone the screen still worked but was cracked. I took the phone to get replaced for $180. The service was fast but very soon after that the screen started to come off my phone. I took it in and John "put it back on" on April 16th the entire screen came off hanging by the ribbon. I tried to put it back on and the screen cracked it was so fragi le. I took it back in on the 18th and John charged me another $180 to have it fixed said I shouldn't have tried to put it on myself and brought it to him. Not even a week went by and the screen started raising off again. I went in Immediately. They have several locations in the mall not a single person could help me. Gave me the run around for about a month that they didn't know the galaxy only John and Kevin could fix them and to come back when one of them were there. I woke up the morning of may 22nd and the screen was completly black. I could hear the phone and it still had touch commands. I took it in and again john was not there and nobody could help me only he could. I was told more then 5 times to come back John would be there and he wouldn't be. Which I was told by his employees is typical. One employee told me he gets the parts in LA where he was and they were cheap and it happens he would fix it. The employees didn't seem to have permission to take care of their customers and expressed that John was a "grumpy man" I spoke to kevin who saw my phone the week before said he could fix it he didn't have the parts but again couldn't do anything without john. Ive been extremely patient until I went in yesterday and John was finally there. He said to give him 30 mins and he would see of he could fix it. I came back 30 mins later told me he couldn't fix it because there was a crack!!! Which magically appeared in 30 mins. Several of his employees 3 to be exact looked at my phone for the past week. There was no crack!! He told me he would charge me again to fix it which I refused. I have spent $360 on paper thin screens that dont even last. Don't waste your time or you're money. I will be filing complaints with anyone and everyone including the better business bureau. In a matter of 5 months not only did i spend $360 on poor quality paper thin screens, waste my time going back and fourth looking for John but now I was totally scammed yesterday by a magic crack appearing. They do not honor warranty on their products even though the first form i filled out said 21 days which they do not have customer fill out anymore .I have never been so scammed in my life by a company it's truly disappointing. read more

This was the WORST place that I have EVER been. I took my phone here on monday after it was submerged in jacuzzi water the night before halloween. They told me it would be $215 to get my LCD fixed. The said they would order the screen and have it in on Thursday and that they would call me when it was done. Thursday came and it was getting late and i haven't received a phone call yet. So I went in at about 6pm and they tell me that my part actually came in on sunday, but that man didn't tell any of the other workers that the part was mine, so another worker used it on a different customers phone. So they ordered another part and I got a call the next day saying my phone got fixed, but my charger part is broken. So they would fix it for me but it would be an extra 30$ and it would be done at 6. So I was fine with that and went to go pick up my phone and thought everything was fine. The next day I go to charge my phone and my charger wont fit in the port. The charger port was slightly too high and my chord wouldn't fit. So I took it in AGAIN and they said they would order a new part and have it on Tuesday. So i waited till Tuesday and came in and the boss said " the part came in, but the worker who has it doesn't work today. So come in tomorrow. I came in the next day to have them tell me i have to wait 3 hours because of people who came in before me. I said "i have waited so long for you to fix my phone. And he would not fix it first (even though he claims its a 15min. Job) so i waited 4 1/2 hours for him to tell me that the part will charge, but my back and options buttons wont work. So i told him to put back the original piece ( the one that both buttons work but wouldn't charge) and he breaks the back button. So only my options button works and my phone wont charge. These workers DO NOT wear gloves like they display on their kiosk, and they don't give you any kind of refund or something to try to help you out. They are unprofessional and terrible. read more

Had my phone fixed by Kevin and never been disappointed, everything is good as new, there was no problems at all with my phone, he is the best out of everybody to fix phones personally, everyone is very friendly and very helpful, you can never go wrong with taking your phone here to get it fixed. read more
