Ethan was an incredible bartender and made an exquisite dirty martini. Seriously, if you love a good dirty martini, don't skip it. The fries were off the hook, and the atmosphere struck the perfect balance of classy, comfortable, and fun. One of the highlights of the evening was learning about the building's history and hearing about the upcoming live music that performs downstairs in the cozy speakeasy. It's definitely a reason to come back again. And a huge shoutout to Leo, the waiter, he is the bomb! Friendly, attentive, personable, and he genuinely made us feel welcome. If you're looking for amazing cocktails, great food, outstanding service, and a place with character, Myrtle's is a must-visit. As a newcomer to Sioux Falls, this is exactly the kind of local gem I was hoping to find. I'll definitely be back!

The selection is great and it's a more sophisticated yet young and trendy vibe in their bar area. Always see a great crowd here. My go to drink is a Lavender Martini. There's a downstairs area I've yet to explore that's supposed to be "speakeasy". Still so much to discover but love that this place is full of things to still explore. Highly recommend.

Myrtle’s Fur Vault & Bar - Felt like I stepped into a vintage postcard. Moody lighting, arched shelves, and a cocktail list worth lingering over.

Had an okay time at Brix. Unfortunately, things went downhill from there. The interior was nicely decorated with a good variety of seating. I grabbed a spot on the couches, but it took a very long time to get any service. Honestly, the service was awful. It really felt like they needed at least two servers on the floor to keep up. We were ignored for quite a while, so I eventually got up and asked for a menu at the bar. When we were finally ready to order, it took just as long to get the drink as it did to get someone's attention. I'm not sure if the bartender was new or overwhelmed, but it wasn't a great experience. On the plus side, the wine list was impressive. I had a Riesling, which was delicious, you can't really go wrong with wine. We ordered a small margherita pizza, and when it arrived, it was cold, heat-lamp for a while sitting cold. Our server (Ben, I think?) never checked in after dropping it off, and honestly, it didn't even feel worth mentioning at that point. We ate and left soon after. It may have just been an off night, but the service was bad enough that I'm not in a rush to give it another try.

I ordered the pesto pasta which was delicious. We had a gluten free charcuterie board and my friend with celiac disease had a gluten free pasta and we enjoyed every bite.
