When we sat down, the heaters were still on but the server turned them off for us and opened the shade screen. My husband got the Greek salad with a slice of pepperoni pizza. My son got the vodka penne pasta, my mom got the meatball grinder and I got the Greek salad with arugula and spinach and the spaghetti and meatballs. They also bring our food as soon as it's ready, versus waiting to serve an entire table all at once, for optimal freshness.
