I found a super cute top on sale but the dress I fell in love with was something I didn't want to spoil myself with right after Xmas. I mentioned to the stylist to call me if it ever went on sale as I was leaving. And Gia, the stylist, text me about an hour later saying they added it to the sale rack. Now THIS is customer service. Everything in the store is cute and fun, and there is a wide variety of items. Pieces you could easily use for business casual or something to stand out of the crowd. I will definitely be going back to this shop. Bonus: easy parking! They have a lot right in front of the store.

I've done this twice, and both times the two different women were incredibly nice, professional and made my birthday suit feel more like a bathing suit. They tailor your color to your natural undertones (the recipe above is my own concoction) and save it in their system for the next time you want to be a bronze beauty without the bad side effects. They also give you tips on how to to keep your glow longer. This isn't a permanent fix for your entire summer, so do it more so for a special event. Also...no spray tan is going to look 100% natural, but spending a few more bucks on the professionals at Fini is absolutely worth it over the automatic spray tanning beds. Their boutique is also ridiculously cute. Think Magazine or Maple Street boutique but without the pain of trying to find a parking spot. Word to the wise though, it's off of Harrison on General Diaz. The street looks like an earthquake rocked it so be wary if you're trying to go there on a rainy day. That hole will fill up like a bath tub. But once you're in there, you'll see they have really great belts, unique jewelry and a wide sales rack, and sometimes if you're lucky, they've popped a bottle of champagne to enjoy!

The store was much larger than I thought it would be from the outside. So I'm torn between 3 & 4 stars. While the clothes were cute (what I saw of them), I experienced some the rudest fellow customers here that I've ever seen. I was not notified when the dress arrived, so by the time I went to pick it up approximately two weeks later, I discovered that the dress had a hole in it. I was extremely disappointed to then be made to feel as though I should somehow be responsible for an item that was damaged before I ever took possession of it. What bothered me even more was the response I received when I called the store manager to address the situation. I was told, "It was a cheap dress anyway." Regardless of the price of an item, that is an incredibly dismissive and unprofessional way to speak to a customer--especially a loyal customer who has supported this boutique many times. The issue is not simply the cost of the dress. It is about customer service, accountability, and how a customer is treated when there is a problem. I expected the store to stand behind the merchandise it sold and handle the situation professionally. Instead, I felt dismissed and disrespected. Unfortunately, this experience has completely changed the way I feel about shopping here.
