Brought it to another phone repair shop where they said that a faulty knock off screen was used at this Walmart location hence why that phone ended up no longer working at all. Went to speak with the owner of this phone repair shop in Walmart after the 30 day warranty and unfortunately, he was unwilling to do any form of compensation for me wasting $150 at his store. Highly recommend avoiding this place as the owner seems to care more about making a quick dollar than being an honest business man and being accountable to his customers. Horrible service, zero accountability and knock off parts, that's what you will get if you shop here. And the owner gets all of those high reviews as he asks you to give him a 5 star rating while he is fixing your phone and prior to you even getting it back. A shame to know people like him are so willing to be dishonest, especially when you are a one income family with kids just trying to get by.

Thomas tried to fix my phone on the spot and even took it home overnight to try and revive it. The next day he called me and informed me that there was an issue on the motherboard that he could not fix but gave me a couple of suggestions on where I might send it - even offering to extract the board for shipment. I ended up picking it up and shipping it myself (in a box supplied by Thomas) and low and behold my phone is fixed and my data is saved, largely due to Thomas' guidance. This is the type of business owner that we need more of in the US - someone who cares about the customer more than their own bottom line! Enough about his attire, his work is on point just as his fashion. So, we used his services back in 2020, the start of the You Know What. I was completely weirded out by someone coming to my home to repair my iPad. Not because of germs, because it was different. I'm used to going to a business, I thought it'd be awkward to have someone here doing his work in front of me. But no, he was cool. He arrived, did his work, was super chill, kinda quiet. Boom bam, he was done within minutes. This time around? Same thing. He repaired TWO items (yes, the iPad was back. Haha), and had told him to ignore the broken home button, that I'd get to that someday. What's awesome is that he surprisingly fixed it at no extra cost! I was like, awwwwww, how sweet of him. Both problems fixed - and a bonus repair - for a VERY good price. Honestly, he's my go-to guy now, I won't go anywhere else. I'm SURE there are others out there, but I prefer a fly ass dude to come here, repairing my gadgets in style.
