The stupid automated line doesn't understand what you're calling for and it's very frustrating trying to maneuver through it when you just have a question, but isn't any of the options. For another, with issues regarding billing, discrepancies, collections whatever the issue, everyone just passes the buck to the next person and then to another, and then another- just constant transferring to other departments. When you finally get someone, they are very hard to understand! After 2 hours on the phone (at home) and then 2 hours (at the store) either with an employee, I on phone with Customer Care, then with the manager, and still no result. Again, was sent in circles to call this 800 number, then transferred to billing etc. etc. etc. It seems impossible to get out of their service if you are unhappy with it or have terrible reception as we did. Kept losing calls, crackly lines, even when I called the 800 numbers it was crackly. OR they'll send you to collections, even when you were told by the manager, due to our situation we didn't have to pay that bill. That was a joke! Good luck getting where you need to. From our short experience there, I would not recommend them unless they change their process of answering phones, and handling customer service, on all levels.
