Now on the other side of the business, other than sales, it is extremely difficult to get ahold of anyone in the office or service department, phones are never answered and leaving a voicemail is useless, they do not return calls. They have a text option as well which can take up to a day to get a response if any. I'm trying to be understanding due to Covid but it is not acceptable in my opinion. Once service is scheduled if you can get ahold of them, the service people who have come to the house have been great.

However at this location, that was not the case. I simply wanted my wife to check out the mattresses "blindly", unaware of the price and to let her discover which mattress was the most comfortable for her. My lovely bride is often too frugal and will let price decide in order to save a few dollars, instead of what is the most comfortable. Unfortunately the salesman thwarted my efforts by constantly offering up too much unsolicited information. We came to the store wanting to buy and he literally talked himself out of a sale. I then drove us down to Wisconsin Rapids and to Tammie's Furniture and Mattress Gallery. My lovely bride was allowed to try out almost every mattress on display. It was only after finding one that was the most comfortable for her was price discussed. It turned out to be a Stearns and Foster Pillow Top, the same brand that Furniture and Appliance Mart had on sale. We purchased the mattress from Tammie and the following day returned to Furniture and ApplianceMart to purchase their Queen Mattress cover/protector as it appears to be a well made product. Shari was the Room Consultant that sold us the mattress protector and was very helpful and patient when we asked questions about the product. She had a totally different demeanor from the salesperson we worked with the previous day. Had we have worked with Shari first, I'm confident we would have purchased the mattress from her as well.

I had issues with the furniture wearing out cushion covers are fraying and now look terrible. I thought no big deal I purchased the warranty that was all inclusive. That warranty i found goes through furniture protection, and they decided that they will not cover any repairs. I called Ashley and asked for a refund on the warranty and was told that it would be prorated. I explained that the first call they refused to repair anything! I asked for a full refund and was told that was not possible so basically if you purchase the warranty then you will be paying for nothing, The equivalent of paying for a mythical being like Santa Clause and they will keep your money and let you pay for some idiot to sit in there office and say you were paying for the coverage that never really existed.

I also think the delivery fee for an in town delivery is a bit high, especially if you have an order over 1000.00 Again go online.. you can get free delivery from many places and the same or similar items at lower costs and avoid all the hassle of the in person location. Very deceiving from the street. Very nice selections of all interior things you could need! Lots of "lake house and north woods" decor. We picked a bed (lots to choose from) and all of the name brands. They delivered it the next day. After we slept on it we thought it was a little harder than we liked and they replaced it with the next softer model the next day with no hassle or questions! We have a lot to buy for the home and plan on doing all of it here. Highly recommend stopping in and the prices are Very reasonable too! Happy with all of our choices and the service.
