This place is so awesome! We came here about 8 years ago and wasn't happy with the price or the attitude of the person there. I almost didn't even bother calling these guys because of that, but after checking out Ubreakifix, and others for a price to replace my screen on my IPad Air Gen 4 model I had to give them a call. The other places gave me a price of $450 to replace my screen and then said that the frame was bent and they would need to fix that as well so tack on another $50. So, yeah the price of a new IPad Air - no thanks. I called Cellphone Fix and they said they could do the repair for what I thought he said was $250 which I would nave jumped at and then he politely corrected me and said $215. I couldn't get there fast enough. When I arrived, they greeted me nicely, took my information and said they would get it done in 1.5 to 2 hours. Called me 1.5 hours later and it was ready. This iPad looks better than new. I can't thank you guys enough for the great service and I can't wait to break my next device so I can come back here. Keep kickin it guys! You rock! Absent minded as I was... And on a Monday... I ran my commercial truck over my iPhone! This phone screen was crushed! I drive past this place daily to and from work so it was my first stop getting home. The tech support greeted me at the front door and I gave him the phone if I could have filmed it I would have it up on YouTube.... I went to Cell Phone Fix today as it was the closest to my location. When I called, they gave me a reasonable market price but said that they also price match within 20 miles. I then called around and found CPR Cell Phone Repair and found a courteous gentleman that gave me an excellent price and said that his price includes the glass and LCD guarantee (some other stores said they changed more). I was happy as I was saving $30 off the price! This store was very clean and presented nice. The owner was personable. I had mentioned needing to buy a case for my son and I was directed to "Otterboxes" on the wall. The price was $25 I was also told I could buy a screen protector for $10 (seems reasonable). The only problem was that the "Otterboxes" weren't real. They were Chinese knock off probably ordered for less than $8 bucks on Amazon. I really love the idea of small business, I really do! I do not like shopping big box stores but the little businesses have to figure out how to compete. Millennials are savvy shoppers. Most of us have to be. I would've loved to have bought a screen protector and a cheap case if he guaranteed his product. I asked him if I could get next cracked screen fixed for free if I bought both as a package. I wanted to spend my money there but I needed some kind of guarantee. If he could stand behind his cheap product then I'd buy the knockoff, give him more profit, and be a wholly satisfied customer. Listen, there are a lot of Cell Phone Repair places around. Selling cases is a great idea! Face it, no one wants to deal with the stress and worry of losing their phone's functionality! I would've loved to spend my money at the quaint, little shop. The owner declined that he would cover the next screen crack. I shop where people/companies stand behind what they sell. The cell phone repair took only a short while and was done very well. Looks great! They said they cover their LCD and repair guarantee for 90 days! Overall, great business (minus the lack of warranty on overpriced and misrepresented cases). It is a cool case and probably pretty close to Otterbox quality. The colors are nice. Perhaps my son will save his money and come back and buy it. As for me, I have to go with warranties and return policies of the real Otterbox/Lifeproof brand. read more

I bought what I thought was a monster laptop, about 3 years ago, just as Solid State Drives were starting to get used. 3 years later I found myself frustrated with my boot times and started hunting for an SSD. Excellent and quick repair of my PC. Desktop would not start and i was afraid I lost all of my data. Made a few calls to places like "Geek Squad" and found out my PC would have to be shipped some where at a cost of $300 or more depending on how hard they had to work. Matt quoted me a price about half of the Geek Squad price and it only took him a few days to repair, save my data, and speed up my PC. I definitely recommend him if you are in need of PC or Laptop repair. Hopefully, I never need this type of service again, but if I do, I'll go to Matt. read more
