Last patients were my Note 8 and my daughters Iphone 5s both with cracked screens. I called before hand since it was Sunday and he met me at the shop within 45 mins and he was able to do the work while I waited. Was a fair price for both phones and I could not be happier with the excellent results on both devices. I cracked the screen on my cellphone and was distraught. A stranger told me about the cell phone doctor. I googled it and found a location near me in Fairfield. I called and he told me they were open until 8:00pm. I was also told how much it would cost and how long it would take. I arrived at the location and the service was prompt, the store was neat and clean and a pleasant atmosphere. Customer service is lost with this company. DO NOT USE THEM! The details: I've been trying to compare pricing for a cracked screen repair for my phone with companies around the area. I called this place a few days ago. I don't remember which companies I called, specifically. But apparently I called them before... the man told me so. But the man was extremely rude and unprofessional. He abruptly said "Are you going to call me every day and ask to see if it's lower? My phone shows me everything. I know that you called before." I apologized saying that I hadn't realized I had called before, but that I was recommended by some friends to call them, regardless, and asked for a quote. He replied "I won't give you another quote over the phone. If you want a quote, you'll have to come into the store." His tone was maliscious and cutting. It was intentionally spiteful. After my conversation with him, I've decided that I will never, NEVER allow my expensive personal equipment in the hands this store's employees because of this man's unfortunate lack of professionalism and respect for patronage. Customer service and kindness definitely go a long way. For any potential customer, I would caution you against using this store. I drove across town with my 1 yr old, from Mariemont to get my phone fixed. When I arrived after 11:00 the door was still locked, the gate was down, and lights were off, even though the sign on door said the store was open and store hours were listed as 10:30-8:00. In addition, I borrowed a phone from a generous business in the plaza, and both numbers listed on the sign went straight to voicemail.
