They fixed my iphone 8 plus. Both the front screen and back glass. They did a great job, my phone looks like brand new. They used original parts. I took my I phone here for repair. All he did was break my phone worse. He said the battery was bad and cut a bolt in my phone it never turned back on. I left the store with the advice to charge it 24 hours later still no phone. They hire unqualified people that are working on expensive electronics read more

This guy lied to me and cheated me. My phone needed a simple screen replacement, which he said he could do in about an hour. I asked him is he used the part exactly like the original. He said yes. "Samsung, perfect." When I picked up my phone, the glass was a cheap imitation that didn't work properly: the two bottom buttons did not function correctly. He looked at it, pressed the buttons, which did not work. Then he pressed and held and pressed harder and harder until a result was achieved, and told me "it works now." After a heated argument, during which he admitted he had lied because "most people don't care" what parts he uses, I left to cool off. A couple of hours later, the entire screen image went berserk. The phone is toast. This guy has picked the wrong person to lie to and intentionally cheat, as he will soon understand clearly. Run away from this store even if you have to try to fix your phone yourself. At least you won't have to pay yourself labor cost to ruin your phone. read more

I took my iPad mini 3 to one of their stores for a simple screen replacement on September 4, it's Jan 12 and I still don't have it back. Cost was $144. I have been to the store dozen of times, I've emailed and they stopped responding. I've asked for refunds, replacements, or some resolution all to no avail. They keep promising they are going to do something and never do. So emailed their corporate office and got this response: "First of all thanks for contacting iFixandRepair. I apologize for any inconvenience you may be experiencing. Unfortunately, the Dayton OH location is an independently owned store, so their policies might be different than the corporate stores'. Your best bet to resolve the situation is to contact the owner or manager of the store directly. I tell them I have emailed and visited the store manager and he blows me off, and this is the corporate response? So I emailed corporate again because this was of no help, and got no response. So now their corporate office is treating me the same. I have receipts, emails, and records and plan to contact the state attorney general. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!!!!! read more

Had a cracked screen, and had made arrangements for another company to fix it. Found iFixandRepair at $50 cheaper, so I cancelled the first company and went with them. They immediately charged my credit card, said the part would be in early the next week and they would call me. They never called. I called them, and they said a few more days, and they would call when it came in. Again, no call. I called them again, they said it would be in the next day. Again, it was not, nor did they contact me. Meanwhile, the first company I contacted called me and said the part was in (even though I had cancelled the order). I called again, and they said they had to look into why the part was not in and that they would call me back. No surprise, they did not call me back. I contacted the first company again and they said they had used the part they had ordered, but could get another one, probably by the next day. I called iFixandRepair and cancelled the order, reminding them they needed to credit my credit card. Two hours later iFixandRepair called me back, saying they found the part where it had been misplaced, and wanted to know if I wanted the repair done. I declined. In short, they never called me back when promised, charged my card before doing any work, either failed to order the part or promptly lost it when it came in, and set my repair back two weeks. The most ironic part, every time I called them, their cell phone kept cutting in and out. read more

IF I COULD GIVE NO STARS I WOULD... I am extremely upset with this company. I got my phone fixed 2 months ago at their store inside the Walmart on Wilmington Pike in Centerville, OH. Sunday 6/5 I notice my iPhone is breaking a part! I mean LITERALLY the screen and frame were pulling a part from the rest of the device! Not to mention, my screen started having blue lines across the screen and the bottom half of my screen stopped working. I couldn't answer/call from my phone, couldn't check emails or search the web. WTF!!! Monday 6/6 I go back to the store to show what is going on and the guy says the screen they applied is out of the 60 day warranty, but he can give me 30% off a new screen. AGAIN, WTF!!!!! I told him, "I don't care what discount you give me I am not paying for another screen when this is a store issue, either the way it was applied or the part is messed up." He stated there wasn't much he could do since it was out of warranty, so I got the number for corporate. I called corporate from the store phone (cause remember the bottom half of my phone is inoperable and I can't make calls) and of course the manager is not in and I have to leave a message. 2 days later I have still not heard from corporate and they stop answering my messages on FB (how convenient). I call corporate again yesterday 6/8 and conveniently the manager is out again and may/may not be in on Friday. A third WTF!!! Now I am truly fed up and pissed off to the highest degree, so I go to another store called Gem City at The Greene shopping center in Beavercreek, OH. They inform that the screen IfixIt replaced is 1. missing screen and 2. generic and cheap. By then I am all out of WTFs and my jaw just drops. Gem City then goes to show me there Apple certified screen part and it's clear Ifixit's part is NOT REAL. SMFH!!! I go to the Sprint store a couple stores down and am lucky that I can upgrade to a new phone. WHEW! I AM SAVED!!! i have never written a bad review for any business, but this was most definitely warranted on so many levels.
