I brought in my laptop for a fan replacement/ repair, and the customer service was horrendous. Despite being told that I would be contacted later that day which was 5/16/24 and here we are 5/20/24. I have faced significant delays with no clear update. When I tried to retrieve my laptop, I was informed that it couldn't be returned because the manager was out for surgery. This excuse is unacceptable and unprofessional, leaving me without my essential device for an extended period. The lack of communication and transparency is extremely frustrating. I strongly advise against using their services. 5/21/24 update: talked to Ashley this morning she was very pleasant and understanding. Got a call around 3 pm that it was fixed and ready for me to pick it up. The manager apologized for the delay and lack of communication. So I have upgraded my rating. read more

They also took the good Apple battery out of my phone and put an aftermarket one in it during the process and denied it. SCAM!!! read more

I came in to do a simple screen repair for my iPhone 6, and six months later the screen completely shut off would not work I took it to an actual repair shop where they found that several screws were missing as well as a plate! I went there less than 2 weeks ago for a screen repair on my iPhone 11. Now, I know my phone is not in the best condition, so I made sure to ask them if there were going to be any problems. Because I would have never gotten the phone fixed if I knew it was basically unfixable. The man assured me that he could fix it. I gave them 77 dollars for the repair. About a week later, I felt that the phone screen was a little wiggly and a couple days later the screen completely fell out of the frame. I went back to the place and they told me that I had a 2 week warranty, but because the phone had some other issues that they could not do anything for me. They told me it was like that because of the damage that the phone had endured, which is understandable but don't just take my money and say you can fix it. That is a bad business practice. I could have kept my 80 dollars and put it towards a new phone. She insisted that I should give them another 80 dollars to fix the screen again, but when I asked what the difference would be if the screen could fall out again she went into a blank stare. She then tried to get me to pay 250 dollars for a "full repair" , which I would be a complete fool to entrust them with. She called who I presume to be the manager and said that they would "discount" 50 dollars. That would bring my total to 200 dollars (plus the 80 that I already paid). I asked for a printed quote in case I decided to go back, so that I could get the same price. I realized that on the paper she put that I had an iPhone XR, but my iPhone is purple and XR's don't come in purple. She wasn't even sure what kind of phone she was inspecting. Went in the get a new screen for an iPhone 6s. Was quoted a price of $29.99. When I returned to pickup the phone after the repair, the charge was $49.99. This store quotes a price them charges a higher price when they finish the work. I will avoid this place in the future. Customers beware: better to get a written quote prior to any phone repair. read more

This cellphone store is inept! Shady people behind the counter who lie and then lie some more. Took my cracked iPhone 8 to get repaired... came back and my home button was broken... don't know how they managed to do that. They tried to get me to pay for the broken phone telling me "sometimes the home button doesn't work after a repair".... which doesn't make sense. They tried to tell me to use the touch home button that is not the same and then they put back on my broken glass and gave a worse cell phone in which I came in. Then they kept telling me they'd fix it.... they never called me... i called them but they kept leading me one after a week... i ordered another phone from my carrier losing time and money... such a terrible experience here' read more

The elderly man running this place is a fraud. My phone screen wasn't responding, so I asked him if he could try reconnecting the m board which had worked the last time I had that same problem, he said it would be $20 IF that was the problem. It turns out that was NOT the problem and he didn't KNOW what the problem was, but he still wanted $20 or he wouldn't return the phone. His levels of english and basic communication are very limited, and he becomes even more belligerent and greedy when misunderstood. Nopd and the better business bureau will be notified. Found them only 4 blks from our hotel, walked in and yes, they had a replacement screen, only charged $50 and only took 20 minutes to complete, even sold me a protective, secrecy screen for 1/2 price. I paid 250 for this place to replace the screen on my galaxy 6edge due to a crack in it. They said it wouls just take a couple hours and i would have it back that day, when i finally got my phone back almost a week later the color on the back of my phone was taken off, my front screen was now white (my phone was gold). Also i was advised i could no longer use a case because it would cause my screen to cut out. On top of that, tge reason im writting this, about a week later the port hole for head phones cannot be used because when i plug in anything it cuts my phone off, lastly now to be able to charge my phone i have to turn it off. I paid 250 to get a phone fixed thats only problem was a small crack in the screen, in return i now have a completely useless phone that the place refused to fix after breaking.
