TLDR: Run Long…read moreversion: My pixel 10 fold wouldn't charge. They had to completely replace the motherboard to fix it. New phone basically. I find out they don't have a part so I drove over for them to waste 20 minutes testing it. Now I call them the day the part gets there and graciously tell them I will come Friday to help them instead of Tuesday. My phone broke on the weekend mind you and it's supposed to be same day turn around. It's broken again now. Everything is bugging out including putting itself into airplane mode. Then while driving to get it fixed. My screen went out. They took up another 20 minutes of my time and said oh look it charges we will replace the screen.. hey manager stupid, the screen isn't broken!! Google didn't send me here for a new screen! When corporate calls I'm going to tell them to remove the owner of this franchise or force him to fire the manager. Edit1: the screen is fine again. The manager would have cost Google money replacing a working screen. This is what happens when stupid people think they are smarter then their customers.

After opening up the back of my TV he discovered that the power board on the TV was fried. He then advised me that to get a replacement power board would be about $350. So, for his $119 service call charge to come by for initial analysis plus the part and return service call for also $119, I had a fully restored 85" TV for about $570, vs the cost of replacement TV for about $1800. Joe definitely knows what he is doing and is a true professional. I'd recommend him to any family member or friend.

Shut off the truck, bought the battery and the guy rolled it out to the parking lot to change. They don't have a garage. Seemed like a bad idea to change in a busy parking lot. A technician was sent out by HiSense to perform warranty work on my television. He arrived…read morepromptly within the one-hour window provided. I was upstairs on a zoom meeting, and my fiance answered the door. He didn't introduce himself, and instead just said he was there for the TV work. Things got worse when my fiance requested he put on a mask and he responded, apparently with an angry tone, that he is sick of this mask stuff and would not put one on. Let me be clear... whether I hire you directly or you're coming to do warranty work, if you're in my house, you should respect my reasonable requests. My fiance only asked him once to put on a mask and should not have to deal with his attitude over it. If he was frustrated about "mask stuff" I suppose he is entitled to his opinion, but there is a time and place. At a customer's home during a service visit is not the time to express your position on an overly politicized issue or to take out your frustration about it. Had I not been upstairs on a zoom meeting, I would have tossed him out on his ear. My fiance merely kept her distance and then complained to me later about it. I am furious at the disrespect and poor customer service. I will be contacting TV Clinic directly about this technician and advising HiSense of the problem so that hopefully, future warranty customers won't have to deal with this guy and his attitude.
