I contacted four different providers and explained to them that we already had an electric whip in the wall, all we needed was a recessed outlet box installed, the power tied into the outlet and yes, a low profile wall mount for the TV to be hung. One of the four never called, the second called but didn't support our area, the third had to discuss it with this boss and team as it sounded technical and they wanted to schedule a survey to evaluate if they needed to hire an electrician first. They're always extremely fast to respond and if the person answering the phone doesn't have an answer for me, they make sure to bring on someone who can answer it. I've had many discussions with Curt (the owner) and never get half-answers like I did with other companies. I would definitely recommend reaching out to them if you're worried about backups or computers crashing.

What…read moreI appreciated the most was the gentleman who serviced us told us plainly our dryer was in excellent shape and told us how to service it next time we had an issue (clean out lint from outside vents, trim back branches from that area, etc.). If we had called a firm like Sears I honestly am not positive they would have provided similar advice because they make money by selling washers, dryers, etc. The great news our dryer was fine and my wife had actually fixed the issue earlier, but we gained peace of mind in knowing our dryer was in excellent shape and that if we had an issue we had a relationship with a firm that we could trust.
