I gave up using Verizon's customer service line last week after a 2 hour phone call. None of the features I requested to have removed were actually removed. That is 2 hours of my life I can never get back! In hopes of getting satisfaction, I went to the store directly with no success. The representative I spoke with was not interested at all. There were no other customers in the store. I am researching other mobile phone companies now. Verizon has no respect for the fact that I have been a customer for over two decades.
